"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

After requesting to schedule an estimate Next Gen got back to us immediately and were able to get us an appointment the next day. During the estimate visit they answered all of our questions and found several issues we had not noticed that were cheaper fixes to our heating problem than what we were expecting. They never tried to up sell or push any product or service. They were able to schedule the installation within a week. In addition to replacing our boiler, they added baseboard heating in a room and made several small repairs to other baseboards and the heating system. They were always on time and immediately reachable with any questions. The staff at Next Gen are great guys -- extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (plus our dog loved them). They finished the work ahead of schedule and under estimate. We will definitely be calling them for future service for our home. "Had a leak in the house while we were out of town. They were quick to show up. Then proceeded to disconnect the internet, cameras, security system and heating controls. Not a good thing to happen while you are away. They informed our neighbor the cost and that we would be billed. I told the neighbor that all the systems were disconnected. They told her it wasn’t them. I called the company and was told “they found an empty plug and didn’t unplug anything”. Days later I got someone to the house to reconnect what they had unplugged. After informing them of their mistake, I was told that my house was unsafe and they would have plugged it back in if I had asked them. Say wha?? Gaslight much? They also proceeded to bill my credit card the day of their visit. No apologies, no accountability, no professionalism, no courtesy, no nothing. Just Overpriced, Rude and dishonest. Avoid"
