As stated above, we were very pleased with overall work. Arrived when they said they would and stayed within the price estimate.

The service was professional - I can't believe how tidy they were! They put protective blankets down and take away all sweepings and ashes, give full reports of what they find, and order parts for a person if they need them! We needed a little door in the bottom of the firebox and he ordered it for us and delivered it to us. It was a great experience. They cleaned the glass on the fireplace doors and left us with a perfectly clean and safe chimney and fireplace! Friendly, good reputation, honest, affordable, prompt and skilled at what they do!!

I called 3 businesses to look at a problem chimney and get estimates. One never called back. One called and said they would and quot;drop byand quot; when they got a chance (they never did). M and M Chimney Service (Matt) called me right back, and showed up to do the estimate within a day of my call. The initial estimate was clear and concise and surprisingly not as much as I worried it might be. Matt clearly explained the problems with the chimney in terms I could understand and clearly explained how the problem would need to be fixed. Matt and his team were friendly, professional and wonderful to work with. The day of the job, they showed up at the promised time, and got right to it. I hardly even knew they were working here! They were respectful of my property, cleaned up after themselves and did a very professional job. Before they left, Matt let me know if there were any problems or if I had more questions I shouldn't hesitate to call. In the last three months I have had to deal with a lot of contractors and service companies. Hands down, M and M Chimney has been the most reliable and most professional of them all.
