Mr. Wax arrived at my residence at the agreed upon time and after a brief tour of the premises he was left to carry out the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection he reviewed his findings with me and the next day provided a very detailed report that included not only the findings and recommendations mentioned above but a complete description of the scope of the inspection with numerous pictures to illustrate the conclusions reached. Mr. Wax was very professional, thorough, and true to his time commitments. This was a home inspection that was conducted prior to our putting our home on the market and it provided much useful information about things to correct and what to expect if we are successful in selling our home.
