Description of Work: The owner was good at getting back and getting to the job. He was a very nice man. I felt the job itself good have been better. 1 Window I thought was going to be done wasn't. and a couple windows could have been cleaner. |It was done in a flash so maybe a closer look on their part would have been a good thing. |All in all the job was fine. Fine is not exceptional. I was happy. I may use them again with a little more fellow thru on my part. Like check everything out before they left. |

Description of Work: Brian (owner) arrived with a crew of two. Without being asked to do so, Brian immediately removed his shoes at the door - impressive! |The three got down to work and one could tell they were pros. I learned from Brian that he had 30 years experience! Each window was carefully attended to and made spotless. No one brought a radio into the house, and they worked quietly until the task was completed. What I especially appreciated was that I could have as many windows cleaned as I felt necessary. I have already recommended this company to friends.

They were very courteous and efficient. The windows were sparkling when they left and I was very happy with the service.

He came with his worker, the two of them I believe they have been together for 10 years. They just worked as a team, They were finished and I was very, very satisfied. It was a good experience. I recommend them highly. They returned phone calls, set a date, come on that date and they do a good job.

The only small issue I had was after they left and I opened some of the casement style windows, I noticed that there were areas on the trim that were still dirty which were not apparent with the windows closed. Other than that, they were great.

 + -1 moreGave reasonable price to clean addition windows not cover in the Big Deal. They are absolutely the best ever. He is incredibly flexible with schedule. Once we got a date together he was punctual, gracious, and pleasant. Did an exceptional job and did quality of work. He sold me 100% with his work and I just got off the phone recommending him to a friend. My son came home last night and thought the windows were broken they were so clean. My husband even joked about the birds flying in to the windows now.
