I was very impressed when Pro-Tech came, inspected the Chimney from the inplace and the roof and indicated it was in good shape. They didn't charge me and suggested I call back next year. Great service but feel i was charged too much for just putting compound on to seal a flashing leak. Figured for that much was replacing tin but just put sealer. under a hour work.
