We had them out for a Cleaning & Inspection of our chimney, they were absolutely great, over the years I dealt with allot of companies but I gotta say hands down best experience was with Pro-Tech Chimney! From scheduling appointment to the guys coming out, taking pics, explaining in great detail how to use my fireplace and how to get the most heat out of it. We were just so pleased to find a good company! I mean their reviews speak for themselves so I kinda had an idea that they would be good but they were actually better then expected! The company responded to all my questions before they came to my house. They were able to come to the house and complete the work on time and it was affordable. I was not home but the chimney work was very professional and done neatly. The new cap on the chimney will provide years of protection for my home.

Had a ruff start, the day of the inspection the truck broke down coming to my house. I was called right away and rescheduled for the next appointment. The tech did a a great job and was up front in his assessment of my problem and did not sell me anything I did not need to repair my chimney.

Install, perfect. Disappointed that they DID NOT check the flashing around the chimney. Just wanted to change our chimney topper. We had a leak afterwards and I called to schedule a follow up and the receptionist gave a bit of an attitude which was not appreciated. Also, a follow up appointment was scheduled to access their work and my issue and NO ONE SHOWED UP. No one called to reschedule OR apologize. DISAPPOINTED and would NOT rush to recommend. Seemed they were more interested in selling a chimney cap then solving the real problem which was the flashing around the chimney.
