Excellent. Very professional and honest business. Howard cleaned 2 separate air conditioning zones and also the dryer vent. He returned about a month later when we had an unrelated air conditioning issue and helped us out at no charge. Would very highly recommend.

I called this company in need of service after a renovation. My wife was pregnant and I needed a company to come in right away to clean all the air ducts throughout the house. Even though they had a busy schedule they were able to come in right away to accommodate my time request. I'm very particular about people who come to do work at my house. It's tough to find true professionals with most home service providers. This company was great. They were very fairly priced, extremely professional, punctual and even followed up after the job was done. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company to anyone considering using them - you will be very happy that you did.

Purchased Angies List coupon for $195.00 which included duct cleaning for 1 system. Provider contacted me the next day to set up a date and time that worked for me. Was able to schedule him within the week, and was very flexible. The day of the appointment he came on time, and worked in a thorough and professional manner. He did a great job explaining to me all of the services that he was preforming, and was extremely careful at keeping the areas he worked clean. Everything that was listed on the coupon was performed, never tried to sell me anything extra. Would recommend the provider to others as well as would use again.

About a week ago I called and spoke to the owner. He was pleasant and answered all of my questions. We made an appointment for the following week. (He even offered the day after I called if I wanted it!) He and a helper showed up right the scheduled time. Both men were pleasant, courteous, and took their time to do the job right. I have about 25-30 vents in the home, and each was cover was carefully removed and cleaned. Some were in awkward places, but this didn't stop them! A suction tube leading to the truck was inserted into each duct for cleaning. All covers were carefully put back, and they were very careful not to miss any. They explained a lot about how the duct system and filters worked. (We are new to gas hot air heat) They took their time and made sure we understood everything. Any questions we asked were answered completely. At no point was there any attempt to sell me something else. When they were done the home was checked by them to make sure all was taken care of. When they left, all looked as it did before they got there. (Minus the dirt of course:-) I would totally recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Both gentlemen were prompt and courteous, asking if I had questions as they worked. They cleaned the duct covers as well as the duct work, installed a new filter (I had on hand) and cleaned up afterwards. Both gentlemen were polite and conscientious, worked efficiently, and completed the job in about two hours. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

I called Howard for a service appointment on 12/30 and was pleasantly surprised that he was able to provide service on 12/31. Contacted company,- they returned call quickly. Got price and requested to schedule a date for service, I was trying for a Sat... I was told that they would call me back the next day. They never did. Called again and left message- no return call- End result - found another company to do the work

The technician was extremely professional, polite and thorough. He took the time to explain what he would be doing, and at each new phase of the operation he stopped to explain what he was doing next. He kept at it until everything was clean, and when he encountered accessibility obstacles, he didn't skim over it, but figured out how to get in there and get it clean. Once the entire duct network was clean, and the filter replaced, he replaced all the vent covers, and cleaned up all the dirt raised by the cleaning process. I would absolutely use All Phase again, and would recommend them to anyone in need of duct cleaning.

John, the assistant came fifteen minutes early, and want sure if Howard, the owner with whom I made the appt. Was coming. He did come and they did a very good job, explained everything, and the price was right. My forced got air system was very badly in need of cleaning. They spent about three hours in my home.
