Description of Work: Cleaned AC/Heating ducts throughout home. Very prompt. Thoroughly explained how they were going to go about cleaning system. Told me upfront that they would have to charge extra since I had more air registers than are covered on their plan. Additional fee was reasonable. Did cleaning in the least intrusive manner. Cleaned up after themselves. Two people came to do the work. One was the owner. They were both very nice. Very happy with service.

Description of Work: Both Howard and John did a great job cleaning out 22 air vents, two returns, two intakes, furnace, Humidifier, as well as my dryer vent. Howard explained the system I have and was extremely informative. While they were removing the vent covers I took the time to rinse them clean before he put them back on. I requested he sanitize the system and he did. I noticed a huge difference in air quality as well as stronger air flow in vents right away. I had to leave them in my home alone a few hours and I felt completely comfortable doing so. Before he left, Howard instructed me when to change out the filters to keep the system running optimally. I will definitely hire them again when I need to clean the vents again. I highly recommend their services to my family and anyone looking for quality and integrity.

We were satisfied. We have a hot air system. My husband had asked him about the filters and he let him know how to use the filters. He was very helpful.

Description of Work: the men showed up on time and speaking english they were neat and very professional the owner I forgot his name was very knowlegable about in door air quality and explained how my hot air system worked no one had ever explained that before and how he was going to clean my air ducts when I asked question he was more than willing to answer and explain things to me would recomend them to anyone knowing how well they would be treated
