Although the quality of the work was very good, the quality of his office support is very poor. I hired his plumber twice. First job went without an issue and so I hire them again for a relatively easy toilet installation. At the end of the job I gave them a credit card and it was authorized on the day of service. A month ago, I started getting lengthy demands for payment on the second job from his bookkeeper who freely admitted that they authorized my card for the work but for some reason the invoice wasn't paid. Then they started to try and run the other credit card I used on the first job without my consent, while sending me repeat convoluted emails about why I still owed them money. Then today they threatened to put a lien on my house for $750. I am still sorting out exactly what happened but it appears that their lack of proper bookkeeping is to blame and their customer service is subpar. Not worth the trouble.

Once again John from Russell Bleakley plumbing comes thru for us. We have been using this company for a few years now and i must say i am never disappointed. John the plumber is always personable, professional, honest and straight foward. This last visit was only a leaking pipe, he came by the night i called on his way home to check it out to see what was going on and was coming back in the am first thing to do the repair, given that it was a leak off the main feed for the house he did a temporary repair so that we could at least have the water on for showers and cleaning, and came back in am to do a permanent fix.

These guys are the best, they work with generator installers all the time so they know everything about gas pipes! They actually found a few gas leaks along the way and fixed it immediately. I am a very happy customer! Will hire them again and recommended them to a few of my friends.
