I think the pricing is probably the same as it is for everybody else. You know plumbing is expensive. If you want to go with a first-class company, you have to pay for that. He did the best he could. I finally have a plumber that shows up. Their office staff seems to be good.

I called them and they sent a, kind of a young man, and he’s very good. They did a really good job. I have an older house with impossible pipes. Everything’s corroded and everything. I don’t know how they stack up in terms of cost, because you know plumbing’s expensive anywhere, but they were professional and the person in the office organized properly. The person that came, I think his name is John, did a really good job. The sink was totally corroded and I bought a new faucet. I think when he looked at how complicated it was going to be, you know it comes in a box and every little part is in plastic in the whole thing, he actually managed to fix it. I took the faucet back. They did several things at once. My house is on a hill which is pretty much made of rock and my well is at the bottom of the hill, so the water has to be pumped up. There’s a pressure tank in the pump house and there’s also one up at the top of the hill, up in our basement area. But apparently, pressure tanks have, they call it a diaphragm on the inside, which sort of separates the water from the air I guess and mine were both shot. This guy figured that out in terms of pressure issues and ordered new ones and changed them. That was something he noticed while looking at the sink. He’s young, I don’t know how old he is, but he’s certainly no older than I am. He did an excellent job. The thing was corroded. When you turned the cold-water faucet, it wouldn’t turn and there was no way with any simple tools that you could make it turn. I’m sure that there would be skeptics that would say, I’m sure the guy just said the pressure tanks were gone so that he could replace them, but I’m sure this guy wouldn’t have done that. It was a lot of work. They were good. I looked up stuff online and saw that they were based around here.

The job was done professionally. Chris was prompt,and neat. The tank that was replaced as well as an older rusty tank were carted away. I highly recommend Russell Bleakley Plumbing and plan to hire them soon for other projects

Great! Bleakley's plumbing made a couple of small holes in the wall and determined the leak was under the bathroom cement floor, not behind the wall. They removed a minimum amount of floor tile, chipped the cement around the leaking pipe and repaired the pipe. They truly cared about keeping my cost to repair the floor and wall after they were done to a minimum. Very skilled, no nonsense professionals with a heart!

They did a great job....quick, professional and courteous.

The bladder in the water pressure tank broke. John replaced the tank which was in a tight corner of the basement. Then he reconnected the water and electricity and made sure all was working well. John was friendly, professional and informative.

The sink was so bad that I actually went and bought a new faucet assembly for a pedestal sink because the cold water faucet was corroded beyond repair - so I thought - but the plumber worked so hard and finally got the faucet to work so I ended up returning the faucet to the store. The second job was a leak in a pipe overhead - a pipe from a larger supply pipe in the basement to the outdoor faucet. When the valve was opened on the main pipe, the faucet pipe was not strong enough to transfer the water to the outdoor faucet (when that faucet was closed) and leaked into the ceiling and wall and onto the basement floor by the time I discovered it - it was a slow leak. The plumber knocked a hole in the ceiling - through cement and wire mesh - and found the leak. Fixing it would mean re-piping the entire line across a basement ceiling, through walls, and out to the faucet and this job was not worth undertaking because I have other outdoor faucets. So the plumber did not do anything more but gave me the name of an excellent person to repair the hole in the ceiling. An unscrupulous plumber could have talked a homeowner into a $2000-$3000 plumbing job.

He did a great job. I think I headed off a potential disaster if the pipes had burst from too much pressure in my old house. The total bill included so many different things including the cost of the tanks, the smaller jobs, and the time it took to analyze the water pressure problem, that I am unable to give a number for a specific job.

It went very well. They were able to fix it. Very thankful for their prompt and timely service. Would hire them again and recommend highly. Very professional.

We wrote our request to them direct on Angie's List on Sunday. They got back to us the following morning and Russell was out there that afternoon! Other competitors we reach out to through Angie's List didn't call us back. Financially we are not ready to move ahead with this large scope of work but we are very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs we may have.

As always, a first rate job. In all the years that I have been using this company I have never had a complaint about their work. I have used this company for small jobs as well as major jobs. Always done right the first time, never had to call them back.

After checking the electrical system and all the water lines and with zero water pressure in the system Mr. Bleakley informed me the pump was the problem. I gave him the OK to replace the pump which he did the same day. My wife and I were so happy to get the water back in our house the same day.
