New part required. Leaking occurred on Christmas Eve and we were hosting family. Our Plumber was able to temporarily fix our problem until the actual part came in and saved our Christmas!

Very well, they handled everything, including making the appointments with ConEd. Their personnel were very, very nice. My mother (who had the work done) kept raving about how nice they were.

Very reliable and reasonable. Work was done efficiently and neatly. Explained the maintenance actions clearly and was very welcoming if we ever needed to call. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were great, took care of the process with city approval, gas hook up, meeting with Con ED, we never could have done it without their attention to details and persistence.

Bleakley really saved the day for us: my wife and I bought a home that we didn’t know had over 200 feet of water pipe that was almost a century old and had corroded through, leaking into our basement and leaving us without running water for almost two weeks. Once the problem was diagnosed, we reached out to Bleakley as a prospective plumbing contractor. The company is one of the friendliest, most professional companies either of us have ever worked with and they quickly laid the replacement pipe within the span of a day or two. They did a wonderful job. Made good recommendations for materials and how to minimize costs. Importantly- worked well in coordination with the other contractors on the job including electrician, carpenter, architect.

They worked mostly outside under extremely difficult weather circumstance to do the connections. Ice and freezing rain but the job was completed professionally without any problems.

Bleakley is the best. I went through 3 other plumbers I had to get rid of before finding Bleakley. Really great, knowledgeable, fair prices and dependable!

He supposedly cleaned the boiler and flushed the water but it was a disaster. The water turned dark as mud and the heat no longer worked properly with massive water hammer and several heaters not warming at all. Russ said it wasn’t anything he could have done but if we agreed to pay an absolute fortune that he might be able to come back and fix it. What a crook!! All he did was stir up dirt and wreck my system. I’ve had multiple service people come to the house and they all say whatever he did screwed me over royally. Do not use him. Bad dude.

The job was very complex, they ran into some installation problems, but they never showed any frustration,they were always composed and in control! And always on time! Russ came to our home to fix a leak on very short notice. He was very polite and insisted on wearing shoe booties to protect our floors - our other plumber never did that. He showed us what the problem was and gave us a detailed estimate. His price was very reasonable and the work was great. He showed us exactly what needed to be done and upon completion went over what he did do. The area he worked in was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. We highly recommend Russ Bleakley Plumbing.

I called them around 9am and they arrived at 10:30AM. John was fast, friendly and very professional. I would definitely hire them again. Service call was $89 plus $150 for two valve replacements.

Good. A little expensive but worth it for the quick turnaround.
