While undertaking other bathroom repairs, we discovered a leak from the only toilet in the house; only it was not the toilet, it was the waste line. They came out the day after I had called to check out the job and give me an estimate. They came out the following week and got the job done. It took a little more than a half-day. No more leaks. No more funky smell in the basement.

Did a good job. Service is great once you get him to call you, a bit slow returning your calls.We would definitely use his services again.

They were great to work with. I was impressed that they were able to show up on a Sunday for an emergency and the work was very good. We have used them multiple times and they have always been very professional. The work quality is very strong and the price is reasonable.

Fantastic! After some confusion regarding the scheduled date of the estimate, we were a little hesistant, but so glad that we went with Russ. He was more than 1/2 less of the price of another estimate we obtained and did fantstic and professional work. He also came to our house a few days later to make the final connection after the pool heater arrived later than scheduled. My husband is a mechanical engineer and very picky about work that is done in our home and he could not be more thrilled with Russ. We definitely plan to him in the future.

I felt it was expensive, but I really thought they knew what they were doing. Overall, it was excellent. I built trust with them.

It was very good. They were really polite and courteous. They were very professional. They were timely and cleaned up after themselves. They had the best price. As soon as I had the work done I sold the house and moved so I don’t really know about the long standing quality. I’m assuming it held up, but I don’t really know.

I think they are wonderful. They show up on time. They are clean. Russell always says something on the phone that makes me smile. We have been with them for about 5 years. We have confidence in their professionalism. They know what they are doing. They always do a complete job and do the job right.

Quality of work were good and professional. Price seems to be little high.

He was courteous and prompt. I think the bill was a little high, but I haven't made a good comparison. He did get the job done and seemed to do it well. I have not had to call him back. My main suggestion is that Russ should call back to confirm an appointment if I leave a message requesting a visit in a week. I left a message on Saturday (I think) and didn't hear back from him until I called (I think Monday afternoon). My apologies if this report is a little fuzzy. AL asked me to provide feedback and I'm doing so based on my memory. I also treat C as average, so my providing a B rating means I think Russ was above average on many counts. The bottom line is, I'd use Russ again.

Had a oil burner have an electric component malfunction intermittently; very difficult to diagnose, but Russell came down on short notice and diagnosed the the difficult problem and got me up and running on a very cold day

Jon, a junior plumber, came and gave me a good estimate and a discount if they get all the jobs. I hired them a couple of weeks later and they scheduled the installations for 10 days later. There was one change of the appointment which was not problematic for me. Everything was done in one day - the water heater, the filter and the water softener. I am happy with all the services performed and will hire them again. My only concern is that they used plastic pipes instead of copper to keep the price law. Jon assured me that it will last long and meets the code requirements.

They came promptly when we called, explained what needed to be done, gave the price and held to it, and the problems were resolved to our satisfaction in both cases that we used them.

The attempt was unsuccessful. My request for a refund was refused.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT AND I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM FOR YEARS. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. EVERYTHING IS TIDY AFTER THEY LEAVE BECUASE THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN EXPECTED.
