Description of Work: I stopped using Bleakley years ago when I found that I was being overcharged for replacement equipment and services. They were pleasant enough until I questioned the price...I found similar items at Home Depot for hundreds of dollars less. When I hired a new plumber costs dropped considerably. I am glad I moved on.

Thank you for your years of service, we are sorry we lost you as our customer back in 2010. We had charged at that time $1250 for the entire job. We didn't charge an emergency service call, or even a regular service call for that matter. We came out to your house, investigated the leaky tank came back with a an 8 gallon hot water heater, installed it and at that time our company supplied a 3 year warranty covering our labor/workmanship etc... Anyone who has compared these with other plumbers, would say we were cheap, and well within reason. However, we understand your opinion that home depot sells aftermarket,sometimes manufactured "seconds", that have flaws to keep their prices down, and many times have butchers to install their equipment with no guarantees. We are happy you found a reputable person to solve your plumbing problems...and we wish you best regard for the future.
