Pro Sprinklers had done a good job on my lawn up until this Spring. They are supposed to set my timers, so that my lawn gets watered every day at the same time. About 2 weeks after they first came out, I noticed that my front was starting to dry out, even though we got a lot of rain. I found out that they never set the timer. I asked them to come out a second time, and they set the timer, but it was not hitting the part of my lawn that was burning out, in my front, the most important area I want watered. I literally got up at 5AM, when the timer is supposed to go on, and I verified that my front was not getting watered. The side was, but not the front. So, in order to try and save my lawn, I started hosing the area, and bought fertilizer to try and get it back to health. Suffice it to say, that I have severed my relationship with Pro Sprinklers. I have now with Northern Westchester Irrigation, who came out the next mor ning, and whose price per visit is significantly cheaper, so I whole heartedly suggest you use them.

MINUS five stars if possible. Five hand grenades!!! I hired ProSprinklers in 2017 to install entire system and it was fine; they were fine. In spring 2019 we added 2 rows of trees on the perimeters of our property and had ProSprinklers put irrigation around each tree. However, no water came forth. I called the office. A worker came. Still no water. This continued all summer. I insisted on seeing the owner, Dominic, but all I got was employees coming to "check the system". My arborist told me I was going to lose the trees and I could see them starting to die. Finally, at the end of the summer, Dominic showed up. He met with me and my arborist and apologized. He supervised fixing the two new zones until they worked (finally!) He took belated responsibility. We agreed to see how the trees fared over the winter before I insisted on any compensation. Not surprisingly come spring, some of the new trees look awful, some died. I have called the ProSprinkler office multiple times and left messages for Dominic to call me because I would like him to replace the trees that died from lack of water. He has not returned my call. I am willing to live with the trees that took a "beating" but I want the ones that died from lack of water replaced which my landscaper agreed to do at cost at our meeting. But, somehow, Dominic, isn't returning my calls.

On time. Easy to schedule. Followed up. Good company. Will yet to see grass grow in spring

Great Team, Great Price, Great Company! Dominic was very informative with what we needed. He did not try to sell me additional zones or heads. He gave me exactly what I needed for my property. His team was very professional and worked quickly. They did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend.

What a pleasant experience! Dominic, owner of Pro Sprinkler Systems, cares about his customers, the job and the quality of the project. His staff are professional & polite. Responsiveness is excellent. Dominic was on time, every time, for all appointments. I held site walks with & received proposals from 5 companies, and Pro kept coming to the top of the list. Prices were competitive between all parties, but it never boils down to just price. Many other things matter, and Pro hit on all points. They even added a small additional area to a drip zone that was not in the original plan. Why? Because it was the right thing to do. Hire them!

Installed a sprinkled system through Pro. Dominic, the owner, gave us personal attention, explained everything, and came out twice after the installation to make sure that everything was working. They also stayed within the quoted price even though they needed an extra zone and a few extra sprinkler heads.

They did a great job. My only problem, subsequently another zone stopped working.
