Gary thoroughly reviewed our property and explained in detail what he was looking for and why. He was also extremely communicative, reminding me of our appointment the evening prior and providing real-time arrival estimates when he was on his way. When he was finished I knew exactly what the next steps were and when to expect them. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to assess their home for mold.

Assessment done for mold found near crawl space. Gary was fabulously helpful, even helped move some boxes out of the closet where the crawl space entrance is. He took the time to explain everything, had a sensor that can detect moisture through the wall (drywall in this case), had helpful suggestions, was very thorough in checking the nearby rooms and garage with the sensor. And he's just a nice man, a mensch. I would absolutely hire him again if needed. Thank you, Gary!

Went well, the only problem was one window was missed in the same room. I hadn't thought about it as we were talking and cleaned the room leaving that one out. Just make sure you point out all the windows and they need to assess we each room in case we do miss it. Great response time, great recommendations on how to proceed.

I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Gary’s service. We had to arrange a last minute mold inspection for a home we were purchasing in Westchester after leaks were discovered in the attic. Gary answered our request very quickly, fit us in his schedule because he understood the urgency, and was able to provide a thorough analysis of the situation. But beyond that, the follow up, care, and professionalism was there in spades. I always felt Gary had my back!
