Don came at the time promised. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and told me he would return after dealing with a couple of other calls and he picked up the part. The replacement was done quickly, earlier than he originally promised, and he was on his way. I would definitely use him for any other appliance repairs.

H&N came out on Saturday and fixed my fridge in a couple hours for a fair price, great service !

They helped my mother by fixing her clothes dryer. The repairman was even willing to arrive on Christmas. He came the following day and put the parts supply company on speaker phone so my mother could hear their response. Very transparent, honest, and considerate. He showed her what was wrong and did a fantastic job. I’d like to thank them for taking care of her so well.

Issue - food debris showing up inside cups after cycles completion. Even though there was no actual work done on the dishwasher, the service tech gave me some tips on resolving the issue. He was very informative.
