I put a request out for a plumber to help install a dishwasher on the Home Advisor app and Don from H & N called me right away. He came and got the job done the same day at a reasonable price. He was very efficient and professional and I definitely recommend this company.

Don was great! He was very responsive, professional, and courteous. He clearly explained what the problem was with my washer machine.

I contacted Home Advisor on August 10. The oven was finally fixed on September 8. We had no operable oven for a month. The fourth option he tried was the solution. It was very frustrating to be without the oven. It was frustrating that we had to contact him numerous times to find out why things were taking so long. He did not initiate contact with updates. He was very nice but he did not seem to grasp how hard it was to be without ones oven for over 4 weeks.

The one item that led to a lowered "customer service" rating was that I had to make a follow-up call to see if they were still planning to do the job (Or not). Once that was out of the way, it was fairly smooth sailing. In terms of price, I don't know what the cost of a typical stove repair might be, so it's hard for me to say whether my cost was good or average.

Worst customer service of any vendor I have ever worked with! He ordered parts for appliances in March. Finally got him to return to install in June. He ordered the wrong parts. Doesn't return phone calls and can't leave messages because his "inbox" is full.

Great job! Was told my Home Depot that my dishwasher could not be installed without removing counter top. Dan fixed easily and pulled out dishwasher easily. Very kind and accommodating!

First fridge repair did not work... was told would order new parts and return. I tried for 5 weeks to get the repair done... Ended up buying a new appliance. Lost out on initial repair $$ as well.

He talks loud and doesnt do what he says he is going to. When I tried to complain he stopped answering his telephone. He talks very knowledgeable and you feel he is going to do a good job but he doesnt. I know he negotiated with my insurance company without my consent, leaving me out and unknown knowledge. I got their termination letter. The reason why is $7,000 paid to him by my insurance company for a roof that wasnt done and he has $2,000 of my personal money.
