Don responded quickly to my inquiry, and followed up with a service call within one hour. Even though there was no major problem with my appliance, I feel his rate for the service call was reasonably priced.

I received an immediate respond to my inquiry and was able to have them come quickly. Don was able to figure out the problem and was also nice enough to show me how to take things apart to clean out the food traps in the dishwasher.

I was so pleased with the service I received! Don was awesome and I found his company to be very reasonable in price as well as great customer service. Just my luck, my washer broke and the next day my dryer broke. Don was a phone call away for help and I was relieved I had someone who was flexible and didn't make me wait for repairs. I will definitely use his services in the future (if needed) and my best friend already called him and is using him for repairs also. Keep up the great job! Kudos to you and your crew!!

I was very happy for the job that Don did he knew exactly what was wrong, and ordered the part, since he did not have one. It was cheaper than the ones that I looked at on line which we appreciated since we are over 75 yrs. old. He returned 2 days later and put the part in and was most helpful in doing his job promtly and efficently. Would recommend him to my friends and family.

It'll be one month I've waited for my washer to be fixed, waiting on the part (the agitator). I think Don is just too busy to be bothered with such a small fix. But I am desperate for my washer,I am retired and have little money, and couldn't afford a new washer. So I wait, what else can I do, I already paid out 55 dollars. Don seems like a very nice man, but probably is overworked.

started the work but didnt fix the problen put in a new heat element but that wasnt the fix i think its the countrol timer

Don was very prompt and thorough. I received a call about 5 minutes after submitting my request. Problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered the next day...it would have been the same day, but I was unable to be there. I am very happy with the work and the service that was provided.

I was horrified! when my washer broke on a Thursday and I was told by a local professional that I would wait until Monday before I could have it looked at. I filled out the application on Service Magic web page and got a call from H & N International early Friday morning. Don was at our house that afternoon are the repair was made! This fellow is wonderful. He went beyond best to be helpful. When our dog got out as he came in, he even retrieved her! He fixed the problem and even suggested something that would really help the washer last even longer. I recommend him with out hesitation.

excellant experience, the washing machine was diagnosed quickly and the repairman returned the next day with the necessay part to correct the problem. he is now on my speed dial for future appliance issues i may have.
