Very persistent in troubleshooting. Problem would repeat and he would promptly return to fix problem. As of now, problem is gone.

He called me immediately and came out 2 hours later. On a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, he told me my washer wasn’t worth fixing but he stayed and gave me advise on what to buy. The service call was only $65 too.

I needed repair on the soap dispenser on my dishwasher. Don provided awesome service, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely call again for future projects or repairs!

It took some time to get things scheduled and fixed. Don and his partner were very nice. I had read the reviews on this company and was excited to think I would get the job done quickly. I had to make several phone calls and explain why there was an urgency but the job finally got done.

Don arrived within the window of time he quoted me. He is very amiable, knowledgeable and performed the repair quickly. He guarantees his work for 90 days, so if the problem returns, he will come back and address it again for free! Now that is service.
