Don was here on time and is very personable. H e fixed two separate problems for us and we could not have been any more satisfied with the service. I would hire him again for any project and would definitely refer him to any of our friends. Very pleasant experience.

Service was very quick. I submitted a request after hours on Friday night and he was there by noon on Saturday. The rates were very reasonable and my dryer was fixed by 1 pm. He went out to get me the part I needed even though it was Saturday because I needed it fixed that day. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or a nicer repairman. I would highly recommend to anyone

Don was very helpful as this call was to assist my mother's dryer. Don did call me back to explain what had happened and what needed to be done to resolve the issue (the dryer was fine - its the electrical problem now).

Don was nice enough, but told us he'd order a part and be back---but we never heard from him again. He hasn't responded to my calls, and the dishwasher is still out of commission.

Don is fantastic. I was looking for someone whom I could count on any time to service any appliance and Don repaired my refrigerator. I was hoping to find someone who would also educate me and give me options. Don did this very generously and offered to answer questions any time. Great guy and with 24 years technical experience in appliances. Don knows his stuff and is super fair!

One of my renters had a nonfunctioning gas stove. I debated having it fixed or replaced and tried "Home Advisor" to see if they could help. H & N called within minutes and came within an hour and was able to fix the problem for under $100. Much better than a new stove or even the service call of some repair shops.++++++

our refrigerator was not keeping food cold enough so I called H & N International to see if they would be able to look at fixing it, Don came out the same day and had it fixed within 2 hours, could not be more satisfied with the service and price, very highly recommend, Thanks H & N ! Don came out and looked at our microwave as it was not heating. He told us that the part would be expensive to replace and that we were better off money wise getting a new one. He offered to return and install it once we purchased a new one at no charge! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The tech came in, knew exactly what the problem was, and went right to work. Took the freezer unit apart, chip the ice out of it, and had to use hot water to defrost the drain hole. Took him 40 minutes. Unit works perfectly now. Would definitely use this company again!

Don was called on a Sunday morning and he came over the same day to evaluate the problem on my refrigerator. He advised that although my refrigerator (located in the garage) appeared to be in excellent condition, the freon was blocked and the repair would be very costly. He quoted a price and left to have my husband and I think it over. His honesty was commendable and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him in the future.

Don was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts available to complete the work.

Mr. Knowles is responsive, competent, and persistent. He repaired a defective hose on an old but still functional dishwasher (>30Y old) . He also did some simple plumbing work (installation of 2 valves). After the project, I noticed that another hose was damaged during the repair. Mr. Knowles came back the next day, and took care of this problem. I am very pleased.
