Did not do the job correctly.

Diagnosed the problem almost immediately. This guy went out of his way to find parts at a lower cost, saving me money. Parts replacement was fast and efficient. 5 stars.

Don came out to my home and looked at my washer. He seemed very knowledgeable about the problem, said that he had to order a part. I paid him, he said that he would come back once he received the part. A week later, I texted him and asked what was going on. He told me that the part wasn't delivered, probably due to weather. I had to text again to see if the part was delivered, and he said they sent the wrong part, so we waited another week. Then 2 and a half weeks later, I still hadn't seen him or heard from him. So I tried to call and he never answered. So I left him a voicemail stating that if he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me that rather than taking my money and disappearing, leaving the washer partly disassembled. Now I've been without my washer for weeks and Don has disappeared. He is terrible with communication. I don't want to speak to his abilities as a repairmen because I have no evidence; he took things apart, but didn't put them back together.

repairman was informative knew what to do and had the part for repair repair was done in a timely manner and very pleased with the service will call next time another repair is needed

I was reluctant to hire a company I had never done business with but was glad I did. My refrigerator quit working on a Sunday. He came out the same day and didn't charge me extra for being a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong instantly. Ordered the part and he came out again to install it. Definitely will and have recommended them to others.

He was a very personable man, called me immediately after I went to HomeAdvisor. Came out and looked at my refrigerator. It was not acting out of the normal when he was but I explained what was happening. He told me to call him back if it started to act up again and he would come back and not charge me the diagnosis fee again. It started I called and left a message on 2 different occasions, he never called back so I had to call someone else.
