Timely, made quick diagnosis of a simple problem, charged a reasonable fee. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to friends and family.

Serviceman arrived when he said he would and gave me advice so I could fix the problem myself and avoid it in the future. Would definitely call them again.

Quick and to the point

We weren t sure what the issue was with our fridge and it may have stumped the repairman Don too but it s up and running and we ve adopted an if it ain t broken don t fix it attitude for now

Friendly, courteous. Not only did he instantly find the problem in my refrigerator, he removed the ice-maker thing, which I never had connected anyway, so now I have a bunch more room in my freezer. :)

Very quick response from H&N. Was lucky to get same day service without asking. Unfortunately the repair cost was greater than the value of the appliance, so we paid the very reasonable flat-rate fee for a service cal and did not have the work done. We will call H&N again for our next appliance repair.

H&N told me what they would be doing, when and what to expect cost wise. Then they did it. I couldn't ask for miore.

They showed up for a refrigerator repair, claimed it was a motherboard, ordered the part and said they would be back in a few days to install. They called a few days later to say they ordered the wrong part and would have the right one overnighted and install it immediately. One week later after hearing nothing, I called to inquire. They said, "Oh yeah, we were supposed to get you a new part". They said they would look into it and call me right back. 3 days later, after hearing nothing from them, I hired another company, who said the motherboard is fine, it was a completely different issue. And by the way, I have still not received any call from this unprofessional company after two weeks of waiting. If anyone has ever had a refrigerator go bad, I think you would agree that 2 weeks of no refrigerator is ridiculous. STAY AWAY from this company. They clearly do not know what they are doing, nor do they follow up with their customers. UPDATE: As a follow up to the unprofessional response to my initial complaint on 5/3. .A. You can please people by doing the work and not running from it - no repair to date. B. It has been 3 weeks now with still no phone call from this horrible business and C. I have all documentation saved so if anyone would like to confirm how poor this place is and what a REAL repair shop said about what was wrong please email me at: mookyrentals@gmail.com. It was an overall very good experience. The issue was with my washing machine. I explained the problem; he told me he could take care of it. ; and he did so in a timely manner. The cost of service was very fair.
