So happy I used home advisor to find H&N international.I was very pleased with Don who fixed my Samsung washer problem which was a broken lock latch. He was very informative, helpful, experienced and professional. The problem was fixed in a timely matter which was, order a part and he came back on the same day to install it. He also was very reasonable for his time and the part. We were very pleased and wouldn t hesitate to call him again and we recommend him 100% thank you Don

Don was prompt, extremely friendly, professional, and patient while he explained what was going on with our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problems, called to order replacement parts, picked up the parts, came back to install them, and cleaned up the job site in less than 2 hours, including answering all of our questions. Both problems were resolved thoroughly and under our budget. Fees for labor were very fair, especially considering the high quality of service. We felt safe and comfortable leaving him alone while we were in another room. We would absolutely call Don again for future appliance repair needs!

I just did not like his reliability.

They called immediately and I told them the appliance was small and I would bring it to them. I was told they did not have a store so they had to come to me. He had never seen a refrigerator like it so he was on his phone the whole time trying to find it on line. He wasnâ t able to do anything. He said his phone was acting up so could I pay him in cash($70) and he would sent a receipt later that night. I never got one. He also said he had a friend that might be able to help fix it and he would get back to me and he never did so I feel I spent $70.00 for absolutely nothing

It was a relatively easy diagnostic visit that lead to the resolution of our problem. He could have charged us for all sorts of work that he did not have to do. Instead he told us how to fix the problem and saved us a lot of time, effort and money. i was particularly impressed by his integrity.

Don was 2nd to none... Out standing customer service... All others should use this as a template for the way their business Should be conducted!!!

Don contacted me within hours of putting in a request for quote and even came out the same day! He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what part he needed to do the repair. He came back in two days with the part and the washing machine is up and running again! He even fixed another issue with the water shutoff valves. I would highly recommend him!
