I received a prompt call back from Dab, and he was able to come over the same day. He was hung up at his prior appt. so he called me to tell me he was going to be a little late. I appreciated that as some businesses/contractors I have delt with in the past don't bother, they just leave you hanging. Once Dan was here it was a quick fix, all he had to do was change the belt on my dryer. The only issue I had, which caused my husband & I 1 1/2 hours of our time, was that Dan did not connect the dryer back up to the vent hose. It was very hard for us to get to the hose and reach around as my W & D are in a hall closet. Was not to happy about that.

He had to do extra work that and time and still only charged me the rate he had quoted at first. He was alos friendly and mae you feel at ease and that he was a trust worthy person.

H&N was amazing! I applaud a company that tells their customer how it is. I wish we could have fixed it but the repair cost just didn't warrant it. And then to know that I only paid for a service call!!! Don was here a good hour or so and had to go so far as to replace a few parts only to determine the crazy dryer wasn't going to work (granted it was over 20 years old). THANK YOU! I've told every person I've met since moving here about H&N so I hope you get more business if any of our new friends every need appliane repair. ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

We had a little bit of a problem at first. But everything got fixed. And we were very please with the outcome.ThankYou.

They were fast, friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing, but they were not able to diagnose the problem 100%. However, they told me what they thought hte problem was (bad circuit breaker unit), and after I replaced the circuit breaker, the problem appears to be fixed, so it looks like they were correct. They also made a good suggestion about another appliance problem unrelated to this service call. I would not hesitate to call them again for another problem.

Very prompt. Response was professional and sensitive to not installing repair iitems that were working OK when he left. Left us with instructions as to what to do in the future if it again became a problem (call him and he would order the part and install). DIdn't actually use this service, but Mr. Knowles called right away and was very knowledgable about the situation that I had. He presented a few recommendations, and I ended purchasing a new appliance instead of having my current appliance repaired.

Mr. Knowles was extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to my request, set up a time and date without delay, arrived on time and offered me additional suggestions about other house issues. I would recommend him readily to any friends and family.

Had my bathtub resurfaced. Seemed like they were learning on the fly, but ended up with a decent job. Unfortunately, one of them had personal issues mid-project and it took forever for it to be completed. Nice guys, though and ultimately it did get done.
