Description of Work: He installed a natural gas hot water heater. Later we found he did not close a vent pipe and the cellar was filling with gas. Next to the hot water heater is a Wells McClain home heating natural gas boiler that turns on by shooting flame out the bottom! It was a matter of time that our house and we would blow up. My wife ran screaming to our friends on the next street, the husband of which turns off mistakes like this for the Rochester Gas and Electric Co. He came, tightened the vent pipe with a wrench and, literally, saved the day. He also put air bubbles into our home heating system, so Lynch was responsible for no heat in December plus the $80.00 we paid a real plumber to fix it. Also, he is registered with the State as a Limited Liability Company, so, for practible purposes, he is judgement-proof!
