 + -1 moreI had faith in them because I had done business with them in the past - and was satisified. When they planted the evergreen I could not see it from my house. I did not know it was planted. I was not left with any directions in caring for the tree. It was a very dry summer. There was a guarantee that if I purchased the tree and they planted it they would guarantee it. They did not once it died. I took them to small claims court and got the cost of the tree, which was a little less than half of the cost of the service altogether. I wrote letters. I called them all through the subsequent months until the following spring (only once did they respond, when they told me they were not going to stand behind it). I was dissatisfied about their customer service and keeping customers.
