"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DECK BUILDERS OR AL LONGO!!! Al Longo of Deck builders, built my deck and l have had problems with the construction for over a year. The deck has a lifetime warranty on construction and the footers were improperly installed and the west side of the deck has slowly been sinking making the deck very unlevel. My first attempts to get a hold of Al went unanswered for months. It wasn’t till the Better Business Bureau got a hold of him that he returned my text. He said he would be out to fix it but that was almost 7 months ago and now nothing but crickets. Please do not do business with this company because when you do have an issue they will not respond to it."
