landline phone service
+ -1 moreWe recently went back to fios from Optimum. Several channels did not come in properly. they sent a technician quickly, and credited our account for the time we didn't have those channels. The tech was friendly, quick, and courteous.
Description of Work: Replaced faulty equipment.

+ 0 moreI don't lose calls. I'm just with them because I've been with them for a long time. It's really the only reason why. I feel like there might be better services out there but I'm just kind of with them. The internet service is pretty fast.
Description of Work: I use Verizon for cellphone, TV and internet.

+ 2 moreThey have always been consistently an average provider. All of my interactions with this company have been very good. I have had nothing but good experience with them. I won't give them up.
Description of Work: I use Verizon for voice mail, and landline phone service. The last time they were here they fixed the connection when the siding repair guy inadvertently pulled it off.
