I then signed a contract for a year and they did an extermination. They were excellent. I have not seen any carpenter ants since the treatment.

Excellent. A representative came and inspected the problem, gave me an price and set up an appointment for the actual exterminating work. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job.

I was very pleased with the service from this company. The termite inspection was done as a second opinion and I was very impressed with the inspectors explanation of the situation. I felt confident to hire them to do the termite treatment. The appointment was made, the serviceman was extremely punctual and the company made it very convenient for me to pick up the report that I needed. John manages the termite department and was very helpful.

The company was effective in eliminating the mouse problem by setting basic wood and metal traps in our basement ceiling. We would call them periodically to inspect the traps. They sent a "carpenter" to install the vent, but he had no clue as to what he was supposed to do and did not even bring the vent with him. We had to schedule a second service visit and demand that the company send someone competent. On the second visit, the vent was installed properly. Under the contract, the company is supposed to send a technician four times a year to do perimeter spraying. Despite our requests, we never received advance notice that technicians were coming so we sometimes weren't there to ask them questions or point to certain areas that needed to be addressed. We can't even confirm that the technicians always showed up because they left no calling cards behind and no signs were posted to say that insecticide was sprayed. During the last visit, the technician showed up unannounced in the pouring rain and said he could not do his job that day because of the weather. No one called us to reschedule that visit, even though we had already paid for it in the annual contract. In the company's records, that visit was listed as "customer refused service." We would also receive quarterly bills for perimeter service even though these were supposed to be included in the contract. Each time, we had to call the office to complain and have the charges erased. Our last statement reflected charges that extended beyond the date of our annual contract, although we had made no request for such a contract extension and planned to let the agreement expire on the specified date. Yes, the company did provide solutions, but their billing and other practices leave a lot to be desired. There are too many exterminators in the NY metropolitan area to put up with this stuff. If we need such services in the future, we will try another company.

I've had a few small problems with them and they've always been willing to resolve my issues so I'd say my experience with them is fine.

They did not come in three months to put mouse extermination poison in the trap boxes. No one had come to my home for 3 months and they were still billing me. I have a contract with them and I was being charged. I would like to have the service I did not receive refunded. I would like them to contact me to let me know what is going on. I never know if they have performed a service. They have never followed up with me to tell me what was going on. They did apologize for not coming in three months.

They have been good. We have been satisfied.

It was a good experience, the salesman was a bit of a hard sell but gave a quality estimate. The technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and helpful and reviewed all the chemicals and products they would be using. They have already come back out twice at our request. The only thing I had a difficult time getting was a hard copy of my bill, but once I requested to speak with the general contractor he sent me a bill and his personal contact information in case I had any further questions.

I have been using them for a long time and I pay annually. They come once a year and check. They have been dependable; when I call them they arrange an appointment. The man who has been coming has been very pleasant and seems to know what he is doing. They usually are punctual.

The agent that came out was very professional. The initial service took care of the problem and they are currently working to fix it this year.

I chose them after checking them out on Angie’s List, on Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs and also since they had a good record. They are not as cheap as a lot of companies. This was the first time I used them and they did a very nice job. The sales people were nice and the technicians were good. I called their office a couple of time for information on the chemicals which they had used but I still never got an answer from them which I am not too happy about. They are a well known company and have been around for some time. They were responsive about coming out and giving me my contract but not with the follow up. I would use them again in the future.

Honest and professional. Suburban came highly recommended from a coworker. Before calling them, I had another exterminating company give me a estimate. What a difference! While the other company try to prey on a home owners fear, Suburban was professional and detailed in explaining each aspect of their inspection. Suburban took their time explaining each aspect of the inspect while the other company was quick to sell a baiting system without any inspection. In the end, we were told we did need any extermination service and was educated on what to look out for in the future. How is that for honesty?!? Could not recommend them more.

They are excellent. I have used them for more than twenty years. They have been around a long time. I had little ants in my kitchen, and they exterminated those. I have a termite contract with them. They are honest. They do the job. If you have a problem they come back check it out, and they fix it. They come once a year to do a general inspection. They have a Beagle that comes with them. If you don’t have a dog they bring the Beagle, and it picks up the scent of termites. I have no complaints about their price.

They have been excellent. They would come whenever we see something even if it was not in their normal visit. They solved our problems immediately when we started with them a couple of years ago.

They do a really good job and they even have an insect specialist. I would highly recommend them. In the Long Island Press, they were rated one of the best companies so they are generally well regarded in Long Island. They’re reasonably priced and the service is worth the cost.

They do a great job. The one thing that really stands out is that, a few years ago because I was a civilian working for the military I was in a rack. When I came home I couldn’t find work and they worked with me for a year and a half so I was able to find work. They were awesome and when everything turns around I mean, sure we’re not going anywhere else. They’re always punctual because it’s the kind of service where they said they’re going to be there that day and they were here. Its kind off like a 9 o’clock thing, if they come they do the service when your home or not.

I will use their service in the future.

They are very professional, respectful, and kind. They are honest with their contracts. They provide information on the sprays they use to help prevent unwanted results around your house.

We like them. All of the guys are very nice. When we had a mouse problem someone came once a week to check everything.

It is big organization and they have people representing in each town. We have a yearly maintenance plan with them. Even when we are not at home, they just come and do the spray. I have two different contracts with them for pest control and termite control, and I spend about $300 for termite control. Since I was a little kid, my family has used them, so I just went with them.

They are very efficient and cost effective.

They were good. They wanted me to continue a yearly contract, pay $100 a year and they do everything. They came back numerous times because they didn’t take care of all the issues right away, but they were really nice, they came back. We had some outdoor issues too, and they took care of that, so they were definitely worth it. They were very professional, they were knowledgeable, and they knew everything about every insect imaginable.

We've used them for years. They're very professional. They come when they say that they're coming. Their prices are very reasonable.

They call, they come, and they fix. They are a wee bit expensive, but, I have a contract with them.

We were satisfied with what he did. I am happy with their services.
