Suburban Exterminating

They didn't actually find anything, but they were good. They came out when they said they would.

Prompt, professional service. Arrived on time. Same day service for inspection/determination of problem. Next day service for treatment.

I thought that I had a wasps nest behind the bottom of my bay window and the brick of my house. Rob from Suburban Exterminating tapped on the housing and out come honey bees! Not only was I not charged, he kindly explained the difference to me.

So far so good after a few weeks. Professional operation that we'd use again.

Work was preformed as stated. Salesperson arrived on time explained what was to be done..The technician arrived at the set time and completed the work and explained the follow up.

I use them all the time. I paid for a full years service. They are always quick to come when I notice something. They helped with the flea problem we were working on. I thought that I saw mouse dropping and they know I have a child so they were out to check for three weeks and they're really good. They ask me questions, they've helped me out, and they've looked around everywhere that I didn't think to look. I had to do nothing, and they're so friendly. They totally understand that, I told them once I have a baby and sometimes it takes ten minutes to put him down and if you come here without a phone call ahead, they wait and they're totally cool about it.

I called Suburban and the next day one of their Spervisors came to see what the problem was and she explained everything to me as far as when they were coming from. Two days later the crew came to exterinate them ( and that was only because I wasn't available the next day). While the crew worked, the spervisor of he crew explained the product they were using and gave me an article all about it. I got calls the next two weeks to find out if I ha any more problems. I have not seen an ant since they came. They also took the coupon in Angie's book and gave me an additional discount as a senior citizen,

They were excellent. She came and saw what needed done, she then sent her crew. The man explained what they were doing as the crew was working. They called a few times to follow up. I have already recommend them to a neighbor. They doubled my coupon from Angie's List because I am a senior. They gave me a 60 day guarantee rather then the 30 day.

This company was very professional. They were able to come quickly and provide results in a timely manor. I would absolutely use them again.

Tech came on time and performed work as described.

He was on time, explained what the problem was, what he would do, covered the inside lights to prevent more yellow jackets coming in which he said would happen when he treated and definitely made sense to me. He worked quickly and applied the $25 Angie's List discount.

Suburban is working on eliminating the rat problem in the yard and so far their treatment seems to be working.

They do a good job. They exterminate the pests.

They had to come back a second time. Kevin, Khan and joe were great. I spoke with Diane # 151 who told me to call back. On 5/20 i left her a message. Tired of waiting for 2 weeks dealing with ants everywhere, on 6/4 i spoke to Joanne # 148 who was a professional and took care of the problem. No thanks to Diane.

My father is 92 years old. The people at Suburban are crooks that took advantage of my father. The salesman bullied him into prepaying for 6 months of follow-up visits when all he wanted was for them to remove one mouse he saw. To make things worse and more insulting, they only came a few times in the first 6 weeks and have NEVER returned since. If thats not bad enough, they have been billing him every month for DOING NOTHING even though he paid them more than $480 in January for 6 months of service. Crooks who take advantage of the elderly! Scam!!

I liked that they were very fast and nice. They offered discounts and better prices than the competitors.

It worked out well. It was good but it was a little bit overpriced. I thought the price was high. It took them a day to get back to me.

It was good, though I thought they were overpriced though. They did the job. I don't really have a written contract I don't like that either.

We were not comfortable with the response and decline to proceed but still not sure what to do. Two days later, while in the bedroom next to the problem area, we spotted a squirrel climbing up and chewing on the wood. Bought Ropel spray and after use, the problem seems to have been resolved. Also bought some metal strips to temporarily attach to problem area to keep other squirrels from climbing up. So glad we did not pursue the raccoon theory - which even if it had been a raccoon - how would removing one raccoon have solved our problem? Why no suggestion of deterrents such as Ropel, or attaching metal to the siding to discourage the animals? Very disappointed, as Angie's list to date, has been 100% a winner for me, in their referrals by customers. Now will have to be more careful. I will say that the company rep, Philip, was very pleasant and was not pushy in trying to get us to sign up for the treatment. I am just very disappointed in the recommendation. Feel there should be a better way to determine what is causing the problem, or offer less expensive options, or else just tell us there is no way for them to know what was doing the damage. Just don't tell us something that is at best a guess.

It went really well. I would defitelty use them again. They are very friendly and forethcoming with price.

They were very good. They came back a couple of times at no charge, because I was still seeing some wasps and stuff. I was very happy with the service. They came promptly; they called to check. So, I was completely satisfied. If anything happens within 90 days, they come back at no charge. They were very nice about coming back; they didn?t give me any hard time about coming back. I would definitely recommend them. They do a good job and follow-up and if there is any problem afterwards they back out. It was $250 up to 15 feet and if something was above that they said I would have to pay $350; that was the only thing. I thought $250 should have covered everything. Other than that I had no other issue.

Arrived on appointed time. Located problem and sprayed the area. If problem continues, will come back.

The sales person was very prompt, price was right and service was done within the week.

After being stung twice by a paper wasp in my bedroom, and seeing another one, I decided it was time for some expert help. The woman who answered the phone was courteous, knowledgable, and set up an appointment for me ASAP. Patrick came to my house right on time. He was knowledgable, personable, and got up there in the attic finding the nest, as well as determining the routes by which they were probably entering. He also noticed evidence of carpenter bees. He treated the areas with chemical toxins and set a follow up appointment to make sure everything was ok. The package came with a 60 day guarantee, and there is no charge for any future visits during that timeframe. I wouldn't dream of using any other company - excellent service, reasonable price... You don't want to mess with wasps!!
