Description of Work: We have had an annual contract with Suburban for years! The technicians and office staff are always friendly and professional. Suburban treats the property on a routine, scheduled basis. But if there are any issues with insects or pests that have come up outside of that, they are handled promptly and efficiently. They have even gone as far as removing wasp nests from trees. We are very pleased with Suburban.

Description of Work: Performed routine inspection of perimeter. We have a service contract with them for pest and carpenter ants, which is very necessary, as we have had issues in the past. When we have called them for bees, they are very responsive! Highly recommend.

THEY BOMBED MY HOME TO GET THE MAJORITY OF THE ROACH PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF. A WEEK LATER THEY CAME BACK AND APPLIED A LIQUID TREATMENT TO GET RID OF THE REST THEY WASN'T ABLE TO KILL. THIS CONTROLLED THE ROACH PROBLEM.

ASIDE FROM THE FEAR OF HAVING TERMITES, MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUBURBAN HAS BEEN VERY PLEASANT. THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE FEE GIVES A PEACE OF MIND, AND WE KNOW THAT THE SENTRICON SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED WORKS. IN MY OPINION SUBURBAN IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Description of Work: AFTER HAVING OUR HOME TREATED FOR TERMITE PREVENTION WITH THE SENTRICON SYSTEM IN 1999, WE ENTERED INTO A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH SUBURBAN FOR YEARLY SERVICE AND PREVENTION. THEY HAVE BEEN TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL AT EVERY SERVICE CALL, AND HAVE RESPONDED PROMPTLY WHEN WE CALLED THEM WITH CONCERNS. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE.
