When I called the company, I was given an appointment for the next day. Lawrence arrived on time, and was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with me to arrive at a price that would eliminate the problems without locking me into an expensive long-term contract, and scheduled the work to be done the following day. After he left, I realized I had forgotten to discuss my safety concerns about my elderly dog and cat. I called the company and was directed to their expert on the chemicals used. He returned my call a short time later, listened to my concerns and took steps to make sure the assigned technician would use the appropriate product to protect my pets. The technician, Mike, was on time the next day, was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job getting rid of the nest. When he arrived, he had already spoken with the chemical expert and knew exactly how to handle the job. Two days later, Mike returned for a follow-up and retreated under the A/C because there were still a couple of yellow jackets buzzing around. Each time, I got a call in advance to let me know when he'd arrive, which is very good customer service. Suburban's service was effective, the price was fair, and the employees were very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

They were polite and accommodating. I don?t have any complaints about them. I think that they are quite expensive.

The salesman who came for the estimate was on time and thorough. He took the coupon, though at first he said it wasn't applicable for green products. I was able to get a techinician here within a week and they really tried to work with my schedule. They guarantee service for 3 months, so when I saw ants again, the techs came right back. They are a big company, but they seem responsive.

They sent a sales person instead of a technician who does extermination to do the inspection. He did the inspection too quickly and told me that there might be a nest in the house. He scared me by saying this. He had convinced me for a moment for the high price he quoted.

The lady that came out was good. She inspected the house and she gave me suggestions. She came on time. She discussed things with me, but she was not very careful and thorough during the inspection. I wouldn't hire them again.

We didn?t get any estimates but we thought the price was a bit high. I watched them closely and they were very professional and they did a good job.

They came and did their work. They were very neat, professional and they came very quickly. I do not know anything about their price as I can?t compare them to anybody. They have been good to me. They come every month to check the termite traps. They kill the termites for good. They don?t do any spraying. The quality of work they did is good. They had to drill into the concrete in the back ground because of my pool. I was scared if they would crack, but they did a good job with that.

Suburban was very helpful on the phone, promptly sent someone for an estimate and then we scheduled the actual service. They were extremely punctual and always so helpful on the phone. It was a pleasure to work with them, especially during such a stressful time.

I just started using them about a month ago. They were great and professional. They put a bunch of termite traps around my house in the ground. They drilled into the cement without cracking it, and I was worried about them doing that. They did a very good job. They made sure I understood everything that I was signing up for. I freaked out because the termites were flying in my garage, and he came out that day. They were fabulous. They were very informative with everything. They told us exactly how they do everything. So far so good with Suburban Exterminators. They come back after 45 days, if there is no activity that means the termites are gone. They will then come back every 2-3 months.

It went very well. They were on time and they met their estimate.

We signed a pricey contract. It took many visits with entry level technician but once experienced technicians were sent our problems were solved. Unfortunately it took months. We are pleased with the end result, but it took quite some time. The supervisors came out to actually finish the job it just goes to show how important expertise is.

They are very responsive. They have you schedule for the next time right after they do the work. They are very courteous when they come over to do the work.

For 3 months they set and re-set traps, never allowing the problem to breach the actual home. They completely eradicated the pests and cleaned and sanitized afterwords. They were very thorough and took great pains to make sure we were satisfied. They showed us where they had come and how they solved the issue and finally laid new cement to plug the entry holes. The went above and beyond to solve our issue, and even had the general manager come out to lend his expertise. They charged a fair price. I would use them again!

They came and took pictures and then never followed through with the whole process of the work. They do the work for the museums, but they are not to be counted on at all. They were not good. I was disappointed and I would never recommend them to anyone.

One of the things I really love about this company is that they aren t afraid to come out and help you if you have an immediate situation and are in need of support. Last year, we had a bad bee infestation and they came right out and took care of the matter. It seemed to be covered in our agreement so there was no extra charge. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

There were no problems and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They were also reasonably priced and were able to answer my questions professionally. I am pleased with the service and I would use them again because they were so thorough.

I pay a yearly fee for a contract with Suburban totaling about $300 dollars. It is well worth it since I've had a recurring insect infestation problem and they have been attending to it. I've gotten a bit of a runaround involving having to speak to the owner, but in the end received expert advice and service.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY AND DO A REALLY NICE, CLEAN JOB. THEY ARE NICE AND CLEAN COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL.

SUBURBAN EXTERMINATING IS A VERY NICE COMPANY. THEY WERE KIND WHEN THEY GOT HERE AND SHOWED UP WHEN THEY NEEDED TO SHOW UP. THEY EVEN COME BACK TO CHECK THE BAIT THEY SET OUT.

THIS COMPANY IS MY BEST FRIEND. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THEM. THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB GETTING RID OF THE CARPENTER ANTS. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY SINCE I HAVE LIVED HERE, AND IT HAS BEEN FORTY TWO YEARS. I HATE BUGS. THE WORKERS ARE NICE. THE MONTHLY SERVICE IS FANTASTIC.

THIS COMPANY DID THE JOB THAT WE ASKED THEM TO AND THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET RID OF ANTS SINCE I ONLY HAD THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME SPRAYED.
