They were professional, courteous, did what they said, and went when they said they would. They did a good job as far as I know. They had a little problem communicating with me and kept calling the renter instead of me, but those things happen.

 + -1 moreI have 2 services with them. The pest control is automatic and they come and spray for bugs and stuff and then I also have termite with them. I pay 2 different bills to them. I spend $25 a quarter for ants and its $110 a year. I didn't do any competitive comparison for the price so I don't know, but I think they are probably average. I would continue to use them in the future.

 + -1 moreOur experience with Suburban's office and sales staff and with the technicians who have come to our home has been very good. They are well trained, thorough, and courteous. After locating and treating the nest of our latest invasion of carpenter ants, the technician went "the extra mile," inspecting the exterior of our home for possible ant entries, such as leaks or shrubs touching the house. He even climbed a ladder to see if the ants were using overhanging tree limbs or electric and cable wires as pathways into the house.
Description of Work: We have had an annual ($558.80) contract with Suburban Exterminating for a few years. A technician comes four times a year to spray insecticide protection around the perimeter of our home. Any problems that come up in between regular visits, a technician takes care of them at no extra charge. This visit was occasioned by the reappearance of carpenter ants. The technician located the nest, drilled a hole through the baseboard, and treated.it with both an infecticide that kills on contact and with something that remains in the walls, should any survivors decide to walk through it later.

 + -1 moreOverall, it went like this. Realizing we had a flea infestation I checked Angie's List, and selected Suburban as the most likely to get the job done. I contacted them, they inspected, told me what they would do, and how much would cost. We agreed on price, date, and time. They came, treated the whole premises top to bottom, as well as the exterior perimeter of the dwelling. This dwelling is approximately 80 years old. They responded to my post treatment questions, and the house now is what it should be.
Description of Work: Suburban was immediately responsive to my call. A technician arrived, on the time and date agreed. He carefully inspected the whole house, listened to how we think we got the flea infestation, and told us what Suburban would do. He presented a one time option, and an option to take a year's contract, for any additional visits that might be needed, for no additional charge. We chose the year guarantee. The next step was for the actual treatment. The technician arrived on time, went over everything with us in terms of what we had to do when we returned. We then vacated the premises, returning some hours later. The improvement was spectacular. The infestation was controlled, and, as Suburban pointed out, there would be some days of lingering survivors that would die off. That proved to be the case. I had occasion to call Suburban in the several days after the extermination to clarify post-treatment advice and direction. My questions were answered courteously and patiently. I was treated with respect and consideration. As of this writing, we are in comfortable shape and the extermination appears to be both total and complete. Having also purchased the guarantee my mind rest easily should there be an unexpected reappearance. All in all, I rate Suburban with the highest marks in all respects. They got the job done, on time, and as specified. I have no hesitancy in recommending Suburban.

 + -1 moreWe have had outstanding services with them. I rate them high overall right now as we do not have any pests right now. I think they are a little high on price. We had our termite system from the previous owners and when we thought of replacing it we found that it would cost us more to replace it than keep our contract with them. I think they were a little high, but I think the costs are changing overall. They are very responsive and careful about our cats and they know we are always concerned about them. They did not bring any chemicals into our house. They just used traps and they put them outside so that it would deter the cats from coming in. they were also very conscious about the fact that I was pregnant. Every time I spoke to them they confirmed about my situation and explained me things. They were very conscientious about that.
Description of Work: We use Suburban Exterminating for pest control. They were here in January this year. They monitor our Sentricon termite system and maintain that. We also have a entire house plan as we had these weird crickets downstairs. They set up traps for them. They also did pest control in out exteriors.
