Description of Work: A representative came sold my husband a yearly service plan for $600.00. He purchased it to satisfy me since we either had mice or squirrels in our attic. They came back one week later, accessed house, found outside openings on our roof, blocked them with wool for a week so if any were still in the house they could get out & he would see it. Also laid out mouse traps on the exterior of the home. Gentleman was very professional & knowledgeable. Someone returned one week later who did not impress my husband. He called the office & they responded with someone else to return & they apologized. Now my husband felt the money was well spent.

Description of Work: Kevin inspected the wall where termites had been and the rest of the house to be sure they were not anywhere else. We had Suburban come to install sentricon around the house anyway. Both Kevin and the installer were very punctual and informative.

Description of Work: we have a cellar that had a bug called a cave cricket. it is a horrible ugly bug that started to come into the house. Suburban came and sprayed the entire cellar including the crawl spaces and the house, told us to call if we saw any, and we called, they came in a couple days, Since then we have not seen any of this bug (google it..it is SOOOO UGLY!) they have been coming once a month and spraying outside. I recommend Suburban HIGHLY!

Description of Work: I called Suburban because I thought I might have mice. They have done a careful review and they seem to be in the area, but are not currently in the house. They will help prevent any issues in the future by closing up entry points and spotted a problem with ants. It's not easy to spend money on services, but at least I feel secure that the fee for their annual service will be well spent. They come by regularly to check. Worth it.

Description of Work: A mouse was seen in our basement. The exterminating service was called and responded the next day or two. They installed traps and checked on those traps consistently. I believe that I paid for one month.They checked the house and asked a number of questions. I was very satisfied with their services.

Description of Work: Exterminated entire back and front yards and home for fleas transported by our domesticated cats. They arrived on time, sent a well trained and courtesy technician, and provided multiple follow-up satisfaction phone calls. Truly professional.

Description of Work: DO NOT give this company your credit card information. I called them on Saturday 8/4 to have a pest removal service done on Monday 8/6; they told me that in order to hold my appointment I needed to submit my credit card. I gave them my credit card information to hold the appointment because they told me I could not make the appointment without it. Well, I cancelled the appointment via e-mail on Sunday and called the company on Monday at 9 a.m. to cancel. They charged my credit card anyway, refused a reference # and the charge has not been taken off yet. They say it is "internally" being processed.They also told me that since I gave them my credit card it was okay to charge my account.I am now faced with fighting this company for a $706.06 charge for an appointment they never performed. I found another company to perform the same service for $200.

Description of Work: This is a full year agreement where they put stakes around the building, these puts out a poison, and kill the pests. This got rid of all termites.

Description of Work: I had a yellow jacket nest in the walls/ceiling of my home. The bees were getting in through a hole in my soffet. I called, said I was an Angie's list member and had a coupon. Initially the woman had to check with her supervisor about the coupon, but it was cleared. They quoted a price of $325 with a 90 day warranty and then the coupon was deducted from that price. I called several times to ask questions and to get more information before they came out. All the women I spoke with were knowledgeable and friendly. Richard came to house. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. He treated and scheduled a follow up visit to confirm that the treatment worked. If it didn't, they were going to do additional treatments at no cost to me. A few days later, Andrew came to check on it. All were dead and he even sealed up the hole for me!
