An absolute pleasure from start to finish. A lovely experience and an excellent price. My old vacuum got destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. The new one is fabulous, with better suction, longer hose, larger bags and no exhaust smell or exhaust air (it is covered with a bag) My husband and I are extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Smithtown House of vacuums. Kevin knows his stuff!
