The job performed by Jason and Shawn was excellent! They arrived as scheduled, were courteous and professional. Every aspect of SAFEHAVEN was a really rewarding experience. Loriann was extremely helpful with coordinating the work. If you are planning on having a CAC system installed, or replaced, SAFEHAVEN is the company to choose.

Safehaven couldn't have chosen a better name for their company! They saved our renovation and our sanity. We had master suite extension done and the previous contractor and his plumber were an absolute nightmare. They made many mistakes, to the point that we finally had enough and looked to have the issues fixed and the job completed by another plumber. Lori, the office manager, is an awesome person and her communication with us, from pricing, to questions about scheduling was amazing. She always got back to me in a very timely manner and is an extremely pleasant and professional person to deal with. Tom, from Safehaven came over and was very thorough and honest in his estimate of what needed to be done to fix the issues cause day the other plumber as well as to complete this job. This was a 3 day job. Tom and Lorenzo showed up each day on time, was extremely professional and courteous, and did an outstanding job! Tom took the time to make sure that we were comfortable with the placement of our fixtures and double checked to make sure we understand all aspects of the scope of work. They had to deal with some difficult issues due to the incompetence of the other plumber but they did so with patience, professionalism and grace. On the second day we discovered a leak that was caused by the first plumbing company. I called Lori and she got right back to me. Tom sent over his coworkers within 30 minutes of my call to take care of the other plumber's error. If that is not genuine concern for his clients and true professionalism I don't know what is! They left our place spotless and Tom made sure to go over everything he did in detail with us and made sure that we understood how to operate everything before he left. This was the first time I smiled during this whole renovation. I enthusiastically recommend Tom and his crew at Safehaven for all your plumbing needs, whether it is a big project like ours or something smaller. I guarantee you will be happy you called them. Called Safehaven to get the heat back on. I got a response right away and Tommy and his assistant arrived in little time. Tommy knew right away what the problem was, how to fix it, and what it would cost. He explained everything thoroughly. I was very impressed with his knowledge, skill, and professionalism.

Tom and Lo showed up on time, did the job in half the time I was expecting and, most importantly, fixed the problem. Super professional. Super clean work. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I cannot speak highly enough of Safehaven. During the last cold snap the ball valve that feeds my outdoor spigot froze and started to leak. I called my old plumber on an early Thursday morning and, as usual, had to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call me back. When I didn't hear from them I left a second, more frantic voicemail later that afternoon. Later that evening I called Safehaven. I was reassured by the gentleman in the office (Randy) that he would contact the owner and would return my call that same day, which he did. Within 18 hours the owner (Tom) was at my house and the valve was replaced. (The next morning I finally heard from my former plumber. He told me he probably wouldn't be able to come to my house until the following Monday, some 5 days later.) I know have a new plumber and they are terrific! Call them!!

Tom Drago, our plumber, is EXCEPTIONAL! Back in May he came and fixed a leak in our bathroom and also dramatically improved the water pressure in our master bath. Yesterday, he came and fixed some valve problems and also located a small gas leak that PSEG and our neighbor (who works on gas lines for a living) were unable to locate. He is efficient, clean, reliable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend him!

It’s never fun when you need to call an emergency plumber late at night, but it’s nice to know that I have somebody I can rely on. Safehaven is honest and trustworthy and doesn’t stop until the job is complete. They made sure I wouldn’t be left in the cold and went above and beyond to help a new homeowner who still has a lot to learn. Safehaven explained every step of the process and made sure I fully understood what was being repaired and why. They took the time to not only get the job done, but teach me a thing or two about my home as well. I hope I don’t require anymore emergency plumbing jobs in the future, but if I do, I’ll feel safe calling Safehaven!

Tommy was great! I had to fight with him just to get him to accept money. I had a leaking pipe in my basement and he was able to diagnose and fix it very quickly. I will definitely use him for all my plumbing needs from now on.
