We have an older deck that is sturdy but needed significant repairs. RHR did a wonderful job bringing it back to life. The deck was beautifully power washed, reinforced, and stained. Nash is a pleasure to work with. He and his team show up early and work extremely hard. We are very pleased with the result.

We hired RHR for a bathroom remodel as well as two window replacements & a full attic floor. Over the years as homeowners, we have worked with contracting companies big & small. While we have never had a horrible experience, our work with RHR was so positive it made others pale in comparison. Nash & his crew were wonderful to work with. Upon our initial meeting with Nash, we were impressed by his knowledge, honesty & friendliness. He made us feel comfortable & trusting that we were picking the right people for the job. Throughout the process, he was always there to answer questions & offer cost saving alternatives when possible. Additionally, every employee that entered our home was extremely polite & professional. They were always prompt & kept us in the loop to everything going on. Everyone seemed to be fully invested in producing quality work while communicating clearly to us as customers. Their work is of the highest quality & the end result reflects this. Not only did our projects turn out beautiful but functional as well. Remodeling any part of ones home can be a real challenge. Working with RHR made the process very enjoyable. Nash possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor. He knows his market well. He is diligent, responsive & understanding with his clients. We are very happy with the work he does & the professionalism he brings to the job. Greatest bunch of guys!! Gutted a bathroom a year ago and couldn't wait to give them another job. Bedroom with custom cabinets, designed & built a walk-in master closet. Nash and his crew are an absolute pleasure to deal. Top notch work, great ideas, customer service/satisfaction their #1 priority. Wish we owned more property to give them more work. Highly, highly recommend. If he's too busy when you need him, he's worth the wait! Don't use anyone else.

Refined Home Remodeling is unlike any other contractor or contracting company I have dealt with. Firstly, their work is excellent. Secondly, the owner Nash is a complete gentleman and a pleasure to have in my home. His professionalism bled into all of his workers that were at our house for 2 months. I honestly cannot think of enough nice things to say. Hire them if you re lucky enough to get a date.

Nash came highly recommended and we have seen his work. Incredible! They came when scheduled and finished on time! Nash has great, creative ideas as well as solutions for space. He and his crew are a pleasure to work with and to be around. They did an excellent job on our kitchen and we are so happy! Will use them again for our upstairs bathroom.

We love Nash and his crew . The are so helpful, trustworthy, and there work is great. The have done our kitchen over, both bathrooms, addition on back room, closet remodels and more. Would recommend them anything for any job.

We cannot say enough about Nash and his crew. The project involved remodeling an entire co-op apartment that had been sadly neglected for years. The job included redoing a galley kitchen, and 2 bathrooms as well as repairing the remnants of leaks in ceilings and walls. From the planning on, Nash and his team were wonderful, even running cable when the "cable guy" was unable to do it. Always on time, careful to clean up, constantly checking to see if we were pleased with the work, making good suggestions about the design, winning the praise of other co-op owners, even dealing with the after effects of a fire down the hall, Nash and his team were terrific!!

Great crew showed up every day. Even brought their own microwave to heat up lunch! Never saw that before. They were easy to get along with and worked really well together. They did whatever you asked them to, wanting to make us happy throughout the project. The bathroom came out awesome! Kudos to Nash and SMD Designs for their great ideas and invaluable experience. Pleasure to deal with. Wish I needed more work done so I could use them again!

Nash was always available when you called him and was able to fix any problems that came up. His workers were great and kept everything clean. The bathroom came out great and would definitely use him again for future projects

Refine Home Remodeling did an an absolutely FANTASTIC job! Attention to detail and fine craftsmanship are hallmarks of their abilities and they can do it all! I am already contracting with them for another project. Nash & his team were communicative during all phases of design & construction, came up with great design ideas, executed the plan and were flexible with changes/minor issues that always crop up when doing renovations. Do yourself a favor and hire them, they provide a GREAT value and will save you headaches (as much as they can when your doing renovations) during construction and further down the road. They are HIGHLY recommended!

My porch was built in one day. It is very sturdy and well built. It adds beauty to my house.

My experience in dealing with Refined Home Modeling was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish the owner Nash was involved making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. When going over the project in the beginning stage he explained the process and made his recommendations when he thought things were a unnecessary expense. This really impressed me right from the start I saw that he had my best interest in heart. This is a old school attitude that I love and respect. The pricing was fair and honest and his crew who by the way were just as amazing were at my home every day with a smile on their faces making sure the job was completed in the time frame that was promised. I give this company 5 STARS PLUS!! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great job job at a fair and honest price. To add to this I had a bit of a emergency that came up and call Nash for help and he had his guys at my house the next day. Good to have someone you can depend on in times of need. Thank you Nash and crew!!!!

Outstanding customer service. Prompt, thorough and extremely helpful on a project that was taken on knowing it would be difficult. We had a stubborn leak in our shower which reached downstairs to a newly painted room. Nash and his crew worked to solve the problem step by step and tested it thoroughly being careful not to affect our existing tile and paint. Would highly recommend. Follows through on every call, text and concern.

We hired Refined Home Remodeling to rebuild our master bathroom and help remodel one of our bedrooms. From the start Nash and his team were great to work with, always following through on everything we discussed. Nash does what he says, which unfortunately is rare with many contractors. When we first met with Nash he gave us many great design ideas that we hadn't considered that helped transform our bathroom from an ordinary shower to a much more luxurious space while still staying within our budget. Despite our need to complete the project during the busy holiday season, Nash managed his team so we always had the appropriate number of people working on the job and communicated with us regularly to ensure we were up to date on any potential delays. His team was very professional, always arriving on time and keeping the space neat. They finished the work in the time promised and Nash suggested a few additional projects we could do that would be more cost effective to tackle at the same time and would add additional value without increasing the budget dramatically. Ultimately Refined Home Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom, a bedroom, added new hard wood floors in two rooms, vaulted the ceiling in our master bedroom and added a closet, and added french doors in our office all within three weeks leading up to the holidays. We would highly recommend Refined Home Remodeling/Nash for any home improvement projects.

I hired Nash and his company to renovate an entire 2 bedroom apartment for me. HIs work included refinishing the old wood floors that were in bad shape and staining them a rich darker color and painting the whole apartment including walls and ceilings. In the kitchen he removed the old flooring and installed a beautiful wood look ceramic tile on the kitchen floor and also removed the old backsplash, repaired the plaster wall behind it and then installed a new tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern. He also sanded and stained the wood cabinet doors that were worn looking. In addition, he installed new moldings throughout the apartment, removed an entire wall of mirrors and smoothed out the walls, removed wallpaper in the bathroom and installed a new toilet and removed old closet doors and installed new ones. His work was top notch and completed in the time frame he promised! I cannot believe how beautiful everything looks! Nash was also a great resource for choosing the paint colors and wood stain on the floors. I had so many choices to make and was feeling overwhelmed by it at times but when that would happen I left it in his capable hands and everything turned out amazing! I cannot recommend his company enough and plan to use them again in the future for the other work I intend to do. He is very professional, knowledgeable and does the highest quality work!

The project which was a bathroom remodel with new tiles and fixtures and a new laundry closet were completed exactly as planned. Refined Home Remodeling is exactly what we all want and expect from a contractor. They are professional, knowledgeable, on time, friendly and accommodating to all requests. The owner,Nash and his crew were always ready and available for anything that was required and their input was very helpful to thr overall completion of the project. Overall excellent value for the high quality of work. We will use them again.

I had my den ceiling redone by Refined Home Remodeling Inc. Several months after the job was completed, I had a leak in that very same ceiling that was caused by my bathroom window which was not properly insulated; (completely unrelated to this room). I called Nash, the owner of the company, to have the ceiling redone. His workers came back, redid the job exactly the way it was the first time and the results are AMAZING!!! They are professional, courteous and prompt. They listen to what the homeowner has to say and do exactly what is asked of them; of course offering their professional advice when necessary. They are respectful of the furniture in the room and ensure that everything is kept clean. When they are finished, it is as though they were never there as everything is put back exactly as it had been. I would like everyone to know that IT IS WITHOUT ANY HESITATION THAT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND REFINED HOME REMODELING FOR ANY CONTRACTING WORK!!!

update We are repeat customers of Refined Home Remodeling and on this project they renovated the master bedroom. A beautiful custom built wall unit with storage closet, cabinets, drawers, and a walk-in closet is the highlight of the room. The rest of the room was completed with refinished wood floors, crown molding and painting. Nash and his workers were always receptive to changes through the process. We continue to recommend RHR to friends and neighbors. I needed an old bathroom renovated completely to take out a bathtub and include a walk in shower with bench and hold rails for my 90 year old father. The owner of RHR, Nash, immediately understood my needs and educated me on new options for plumbing, electrical etc. For a reasonable price and very efficiently my bathroom was transformed with new flooring, all fixtures, new plumbing and electrical, vanity, toilet and a walk in shower with dual use handheld and overhead shower heads. From the start to the finish of the job, my home was protected professionally to prevent any damage while the work was performed. I had recently had my kitchen remodeled by another contractor (before I knew about RHR) and when the job was done I started to notice several flaws. I showed Nash and he explained how they could be corrected and completed the job with no more stress. I wished I had started the kitchen project with them too but I know who to call in the future. I have recommended Nash and his company to friends and he has completed jobs that they are very happy with. Hard working owner and crew!
