satisfactory guys were polite, net, and on time

They were professional and punctual, explained all of the work that had to be and why certain things had to be done differently for the new driveway. The work was done on time and cleanly , with out any disturbance to the neighbors or blocking of the street. I would highly recommend them for a paving and masonry work.

Very bad. I don't even know where to begin. I chose to work with Quality after receiving quotes from 7 other companies. Their price was average but they received good reviews on Angies List so I decided to give them the job. I signed my agreement on March 31 but they actually did not come to start job until early May after I continued calling to complain and threatening to take my business elsewhere. When the head mason Kevin came to do a walk through of my job around the 3rd week of April before starting, he was going off of notes that the salesman had took back in the middle of March and not the updates I had sent to Quality with the specific materials and designs I had wanted. We basically had to start all over with the salesman claiming the materials I chose were too expensive and that the price would end up being higher even though the mason yard told us that the materials were pretty standard. After agreeing on some square footage modifications the job finally started. I was relieved as I thought all of the issues would finally end once the planning stage was complete but they continued. We had problems ranging from 90 degree herringbone paver designs being laid down when we wanted 45 degree, workers laying down the wrong color paver when the head mason wasn't on the job one Saturday, several missed days of work when the weather was nice without the courtesy of a phone call, and a pipe sleeve not being laid down on our side walkway before the pavers were set causing me to spend a lot of money to relocate my sprinkler heads around my new walkway. In addition, the black asphalt on my driveway was laid down before the masons were done in the back of my house and I am now stuck with their mud stains all over my new driveway that are very hard to remove without spending money on a pressure washer and commercial brush. I had a business trip planned late May / early June that I had to reschedule because the job was taking so long and I didn't feel comfortable being away while the work was still ongoing. I am glad I stuck around to notice the little stuff which ended up being corrected because if I hadn't been the laundry list of issues likely would have been higher. I generally believe that the owner Steve and his salesman Ed have good intentions but they are completely overwhelmed by the numerous commercial jobs they are working on. This likely has impacted their professionalism with residential customers and the attention to detail once jobs are started. I would have respected them so much more and dealt with the issues that arose had they been upfront with me from the beginning. I would have gladly still given them the job if they told me there is a good chance that they would not be able to work continuously on my job but guaranteeing that it would be complete by a certain date. It's all about communication and managing expectations, especially when the investment from homeowners is high on a project like this. While I am completely disappointed with my experience dealing with the company itself, I think its important for me to point out that their mason Kevin is outstanding and he sincerely has a passion for masonry and making his customers happy. Unfortunately, he can't control where he is asked to go on any give day so I am not laying any blame on him. Bottom line is while this company may have received good reviews in the past, something must have changed with the way they handle their residential business once the weather got nicer and the commercial projects picked up. They likely overbook their jobs so beware if you are considering using them in the future, especially if you have a tight time frame for completing your job.

The price was good and initial response/quote was excellent. After that it did not go so well. It took them forever to come back and the parking lines they painted were curved. They had to come back several times to fix the lines.

They were the lowest price at $1500, Some were as high as $2700. Still they did a good job. They did everything they promised but were stingy on replacing the base material. They said there was no need to since it all was in good shape. It did look OK so I took them at their word. So far. it looks very good after almost a year.

I am very happy with the results. I was very happy with the price, it was definitely competitive compared to other bids. They were good to work with. Overall A rating.

They gave me the runaround for two weeks! I guess the owner or the woman's boss didn't like the quote I was given over the phone. But, I've read the other comments on this company, and that was the reason why I called them in the first place! They have all "A's" which obviously means the do fine work! I'm just very disappointed they acted in such a cowardly manner! I would at least have had someone call me and, explain they made and error for giving me the $400.00 plus a bit more to fix the few cracks. I would have gladly paid a little more, a fifty or a hundred more to have such a highly Qualified Company seal my driveway! I called today and was told someone would be coming to my house to give me an updated estimate! That was 12 NOON 4/25/14! I have been waiting at home the whole day, no one from Quality showed up to look at my driveway or give me an updated quote (it's 5:00PM)! I first called Quality on 4/13/14, and it's two weeks later 4/25/14! What kind of company keeps a person waiting for two weeks, and then when they say we're sending a man to look at the driveway, he doesn't call or show up! To me that's pretty unprofessional in my opinion!

All went well. They were very professional and courteous. This job was finished in the end of November of 2012. The spring of 2013 I noticed a number tire marks and several holes on the driveway on the left side and called them. They did send someone to look at it and I was assured that they would correct the defects, however it is now nine months later and eight phone calls and, to date, it has not been repaired. I'm done!! I would recommend this company to any body considering placing an asphalt driveway in [especially if you need drainage work done because most only deal with asphalt alone]

I was happy with the job they performed If I had it to do over, I would have gotten an estimate on filling in the cracks.

They did a great job the first time, but unfortunately the weather affected the blacktop sealer. They came back and redid the whole driveway free of charge. I highly recommend them

Crews were punctual, efficient and repair was fairly priced. very easy to deal with.

We were rained out 2x, but the 3rd time had a nice day. I had ahead because I needed to be out to pick up kids from school, they said I would be late afternoon. They came about 4:40pm and were done a little after 5. We are happy with the job.

Came on expected day. crew took sufficient time to fill cracks.(This was my main concern since many outfits just do a quick sealcoat.) This was c. 1 week ago so don't have post-winter feedback--but looks good now.
