I was satisfied with the man that came out and the estimate that they gave us. He came on time and was very polite. We had a nice conversation with him about the situation, and we have decided to wait until fall.

They were fair in their estimate and they seemed to have good references. I didn't have any issues with them. They gave me a couple of lists of prior jobs that they have done. I didn't have any problem with them. The gentleman that came out was very nice. I would recommend them.

The estimate was reasonable. I paid $105 for Quality to seal the double driveway. The two men that came were very professional. The driveway turned out like brand new. The work took a half-hour.

I don't know how I would rate their price. I didn't get another price. We took them and that was it. The quality of work is very good.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They gave me the price on the phone, set the appointment, and arrived on time. The work was done professionally and neatly.

Everyone I spoke with including the owner was very courteous and professional. They did a clean, quality job. The price they charged was much less than the "drive-by" estimates from fly by night sealcoating companies. They were very easy to deal with.

I think they were reasonable about the driveway, but it seemed high to reset the Belgian blocks. I am doing other work in my house so I wasn't ready to do the driveway yet.

The company was very professional. I received a call back & estimate within 15 min. of my telephone message. They did an excellent job and didn't even wait for payment or a tip. The office gave me the option of mailing the payment later . I will use them in the future.

They came out promptly to give the quote. However, we did not use them as they were a little expensive.

Based on the reviews for this company, I called them to schedule an estimate. A very polite operator took my call. She took my name, address, and telephone number and told me that someone, a project manager was currently out in the field, but would call me to schedule an estimate. The next morning, another representative from the company called me to verify the information that I had given the day before and informed me, again, that a project manager would be calling to schedule an estimate. When I did not receive a call within the next day or two, I called again and let the company know that I was still waiting to schedule an estimate. I have had bad experiences with other companies not returning calls, so I wanted to be sure that I did not fall through the cracks. A couple of hours later, a project manager called and informed me that he would be in my area in the next day or so and would stop by and leave me an estimate. I was hoping that I could meet with someone especially to verify insurance and review the project. However, the project manager insisted that he would just stop by. I had to tell him twice that I did not feel comfortable with him coming to my home unannounced! I asked again if I could schedule a set appointment. He then stated that he could come by on a Sat. and I told him that I would speak to my husband and let him know. I was disappointed that the project manager seemed unwilling to meet with us personally. I certainly would not hire anyone to work on my property without a thorough understanding and agreement of what was to take place. There was no mention of a process or a personal meeting. I will not be contacting them again.

Everything went well from start to finish. The workers were on time and did a neat and clean job. When I originally called for an estimate I was asked how many cars would fit on my driveway and I said comfortably four. I was given a price of $115 which included $10 extra for a ?slurry mix? to fill any minor cracks. When the workers showed up to do the job, I received a call form the company telling me the workers felt the driveway was larger & therefore would cost $150 to do. Since I?ve rarely been disappointed with contractors from Angies list, I agreed to the price. Other then the estimate situation they were very professional, courteous and I was pleased with the job.

The price was exactly as quoted. Everyone in the company is pleasant and professional from the receptionist, the workmen, and Steve. The quality of the work is superior. Our driveway has two stone aprons and is lined by stone retaining walls. The workmen were very neat and thorough, not getting a spot of sealer on our stone while ensuring that all the asphalt was evenly coated. Quality Blacktop is one company that lives up to its name!

After they broke up the old driveway they had to let it settle for a month, it was during that month waiting period that we called them back for the apron. After the wait was over they were very prompt in getting the new black top in. They were excellent with everything they did taking the necessary time to get the job done right. The whole thing was also supervised very well and was all completed in a timely manner.

They arrived on time. They were extremely friendly, professional and most importantly they were very clean. I think that their pricing was great. The driveway which was in pretty bad shape due to somebody chopping ice during the winter, leaving deep "gouge marks", looked as though it had just been laid. I strongly recommend this company and give it high marks. I will use them again.
