Mr. Clean Long Island

Description of Work: I have used Mr. Clean a couple of times to clean my one bedroom apartment.

Description of Work: We purchased a short sale home and they cleaned it prior to our move in date.

Description of Work: I have a decent sized home with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, master bedroom, kids bedrooms, etc. We have two dogs and while they're not terribly messy, for whatever reason, most cleaning companies didn't want to come to our house. In all fairness, I was calling big cleaning services that are national, franchised, or otherwise "big" (and overpriced). They wanted almost $300 for the initial clean and $150 for maintenance there after. Ummmm, no. While the pricing is attractive, I have a hard time trusting Craigslist specials to come into my house, but that's just me. In any event, I spoke to George, the owner, who literally looks like Mr. Clean, and he almost laughed at the fac that other cleaning companies wouldn't come "clean" my house. He came two days later with another girl, I left for a couple of hours and when I came back... oh my god! I'm not easily impressed but they literally got everything. He organized loose change on my dresser in size order, took down all the pictures on the hutch and dusted underneath them. He also dusted the pictures themselves. I'm not saying cleaning companies shouldn't be held to this standard, but from what I understand and my own limited experience with them, they don't go this far. I would definitely recommend George, his company, his services, his pricing, anything. I am definitely a fan and I have had them come back 4 times since the initial clean.
