He did not give me a written estimate although I asked for one and told me several times I would be happy. He did not spackle as he said and tried to say that he did not agree to skim coat. I didn t ask for a skim coat I just wanted him to spackle the holes. He was more interested in getting in and out then in doing the job that I needed and thought I contracted for. I had another bigger jobs for him but I am not going to give it to him
