+ -1 moreThey are very eager to help and answer all my questions thoroughly. It's a big job! I haven't gotten an estimate or had any work done with them, but they are very pleasant so far.
Description of Work: I am looking to tint windows in a sun room. They spent lengthy amounts of time with me over the phone. They will becoming out for an estimate.

+ -1 moreThis process began May 2010 and a quote has repeatedly promised but never supplied. This was infuriating considering we essentially did all the sales and engineering work for the vendor. dozens of calls or emails were sent over this time period. Vendor initially expressed interest, then claimed busy but would get to it, then ceased responding. If they changed their mind about performing residential work, they should have at least said so.
Description of Work: We requested a quote for window tint film for a 200-unit coop apartment building. We supplied the vendor with an engineering survey of all window panes in the building, polled all south-facing residents to find out who was interested, identified the dozen units who wanted to order. We also secured the the cooperation of the building Superintendent to provide access to tenant's apartments so work could be efficiently.
