LONGO'S LANDSCAPING

Horrible. Came when I wasn't home. Pulled out a row of bushes and sea grass which was not supposed to be removed, Put in too many plants. All not deep enough. Root system still 50% exposed. Nasty attitude.It is now almost October and many of the shrubs he planted have die. Worst landscaper I have ever dealt with.

Made an appointment to have estimate done. Carmine Longo the Company's Crew Director never showed up for the 10 a.m. appointment. Called and left message. Secretary got back to me with an excuse: She never gave him the work order and it was totally her fault. Next day appointment at 2 p.m. he never showed again. Called Company left another message. Secretary got back to me next day. These are exact words: "You called again, was there something else you wanted?" I called because Carmine didn't show up again. "He didn't show again? Do you want to reschedule?" I do not wish to reschedule with a company that acts in such an unprofessional manner. "Well ahh there was a family emergency and he was at the hospital." So no one could call and let me know this? I put my day on hold to wait for him. "Well Lady it's a family owned business, if ones at the hospital, their all there. Do you want to reschedule?" Needless to say after that conversation I decided to use someone else.
