While they were up there they found some rotted wood. They tried to fix it and they made a big mess of things. It still leaks to this day. The owner tried to "fix" it by giving me some free cleanings, but I have had to argue with them about getting them. One of their employees also ran a truck into our wall that still hasn't been fixed. It was a terrible job and would never recommend them.
Description of Work: They came out to our house and cleaned all of our gutters.

The two guys that showed up were very unprofessional and seemed unorganized and not very knowledgeable in the chimney area. They built up the crown as written in the estimate, but it doesn't look great. The tarring on the loose brickwork is very sloppy, and hardly looks professional. After sweeping the chimney, they left the inside extremely dirty and did nothing to clean up. The cap installed is nice. The worker promised me the gas fireplace would work by the time he left, but he couldn't get it working and simply left. I would never use these guys again or call them ever again.
Description of Work: Built up crown on 1 chimney and installed new cap. Re-tarred and repaired loose bricks on second chimney. Performed chimney sweep on 2nd chimney as well.
