What a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the repair work and the attention to detail was the best that I have experienced ever as a homeowner for over 26 years! Paul and his team made sure that we were informed on every step of the repair during the 3 week process. There were no surprises with the estimate-honest and professional. I highly recommend Good To Go for any work and will use them again!

I highly recommend Good to Go!! We did a major home renovation this summer. We completely remodeled our kitchen, put in hardwood floors throughout the first floor, re-faced a fireplace, and painted every room. We knew Good to Go was the right company for us as soon as we met Paul. Paul called the day after I requested a quote and he was punctual every time he met with us. He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and gave us great suggestions and ideas. The price he was quoted was in the middle of other quotes we had received, but we had no doubt he was the person we wanted to work with. Good to Go is a family business and we loved everyone involved with the company. They are all great people who we felt very comfortable having in our home. They did incredible work and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up everyday when the day was over and they let you know what their plan for the week was. Our water heated started leaking and needed to be replaced while the project was going on and they had a plumber at the house right away for us. We even worked with Paul's son Clark, who is a carpenter, on a custom TV stand. Clark is truly an artist! Paul made sure that everything done in the house was exactly what we wanted and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Josh was also great to work with and really did an outstanding job in making sure that we were totally satisfied. Doing a home renovation can be stressful and overwhelming, but Good to Go really made it a very pleasant experience. We were happy when the job was completed, but we miss seeing the guys everyday. I cannot say enough good things about Good to Go and they will be the only one we call for future projects!

Within 30minutes of my call, a team of plumbers arrived. Repair to the pipes and demolition accomplished that day. (Note that Paul arranged this on his cell phone from New York City, at a time when there were frozen pipes all over the island and no plumbers available. Paul made sure he was on hand when the insurance adjuster arrived a few days later, and provided all documentation for our claim. Once the claim was settled, Paul's crew sheet rocked and painted, leaving the place better than they found it. At the same time, Paul recommended some modifications to our plumbing that would protect us from pipes freezing in the future. Additionally, we worked out a punch list of handy-man tasks that his crew accomplished while they were here; rehanging doors and repairing sheetrock damage. We have done other projects with Paul. You are welcome to come see the deck he built for us. We feel that his prices are fair and billing is fully transparent.

Very well. A couple years ago, after the record snow fall, the melting snow came pouring down into my kitchen. I called Paul then, for the first time, in desperation. He came over and took care of the problem, diagnosed it and fixed it nicely. He was very nice, easy to talk to, and was reasonable. I have been asking him to do various work ever since. A new roof, switching to gas heat, then extensive house remodeling including floor, a new bathroom, a new kitchen, replacing the stairs, changing the walls, garage door, etc. I have been very happy with all he's done for me. His sons who work with him are hardworking and very nice too.

The person who came that day was courteous and performed the work in a very professional manner and took the least amount of time to finish it! I was extremely satisfied when it was completed!
