I recently had the pleasure of working with Bob from Concorde on the finishing of a basement into an apartment, and I am thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with remarkable professionalism and attention to detail. **Project Management:** Rob, the project manager, was outstanding. He maintained excellent communication throughout the project, keeping me informed of progress and any potential issues. **Quality of Work:** The quality of work delivered by Concorde was exceptional. We hired Bob from Concorde to finish our basement. Rob, the Project Mgr., was diligent in communicating with us & really â listenedâ to our needs & requests. He brought in a team of top notch tradesmen (tilers, plumbers, carpenters. Electricians, painters, etc) who completed their tasks efficiently-all under the watchful eye of Rob. We are delighted with the finished project and highly recommend Concorde Remodeling!

Concorde Remodeling is a great company for remodeling projects in the home. Bob was always very specific, detailed and took the time to plan the entire project. His team would come on a daily basis or when scheduled and they always worked the whole day. Left the home as clean as possible. Bob has a specialist in every area of construction and they all are great at what they do. My neighbor loved the work that was done that she will be using Bob and his team to redo a portion of their home next year! Itâ s great to work with personable people and this team is it!

Concorde Remodeling did a wonderful job to improve our historic 1897 Queen Anne home, building a front porch, two-car attached garage, 3rd floor balcony, driveway, and brick patios. I have worked with many home building contractors over the years, and found Bob DeChristofaro to be very accomading, providing experience and insightful guidance, while consistently maintaining excellent communications with attention to detail. At the onset, Bob met with our Architect and directed his subcontractors to insure the accuracy of highly detailed and complex designs required by the Village building codes and Board of Architectural and Historical Review. Not everything goes perfectly with any project, and in our case primarily due to the age of our home there were many complications uncovered along the way, some requiring redesign, but Bob was always a total customer advocate, faced issues head on, and focused on our complete satisfaction with his work. Concordeâ s subcontractors provided the right skill at each stage of the project â concrete, framing, roofing, siding, decking, and trim â and were very always willing to accept guidance and changes. All the architectural design and structural requirements were ultimately followed, and Bob insured that there were no shortcuts. Further, Concorde worked well with my other direct contractors coordinating time and careful of their Electrical, HVAC, and I/A OWTS Septic infrastructure work performed at different points throughout the project. We are very pleased with Concorde and the final outcome is absolutely beautiful.

Robby was our project manager. He helped expand our master bedroom and add a door to our garage. He was did his work efficiently and promptly. He estimated me that the project would be done in 2 weeks and it was. We were extremely happy with his work and will go to him again for our future home projects!

Home remodeling can be a daunting task. We set upon replacing a worn kitchen floor, split an existing room into a laundry and mudroom, paint a bathroom with minor new touches and remodel a fireplace. We chose Robby DeCristafaro from Concorde Remodeling for our job. From the first meeting Robby made us feel very comfortable. He listened to our ideas and shared ideas of his own. Each week he went over the work that was to take place, cleaned up each day and removed debris. He was present when subcontractors were in the house and made sure we were satisfied with their work. We love how the projects came out. He finished the job on schedule and on budget. Soon we will move onto a bathroom and exterior work and we will absolutely use Robby from Concorde Remodeling. We hired Bob to build an addition to our existing roughly 1100 sq foot house to make room for expanding our family. We made the mistake of first going with a third party architect for the designs, and after months of delays with that architect, he became incapacitated and could not continue the job. Bob pulled through and bailed us out. His architect was absolutely phenomenal. We decided to completely abandon the old drawings and start from scratch. Bob's architect had new drawings finished, stamped, and submitted to the town in less than 2 weeks. And we gained probably 600 Sq feet of space from the original design, plus a large attic storage area, big enough for a bedroom. The job involved building a basement, main floor master suite, and the attic storage area. In addition, we installed a central air and heating system, an additional water heater, laundry room, and the necessary plumbing upgrades and repairs. We also made several changes to the initial job, starting with just an unfinished basement, then changing to a finished basement, to adding a bathroom to the basement, and finishing the attic storage area. Bob was always extremely flexible and accommodating to our needs. Anytime you start work on an old house (ours was built in 1930), you're bound to find surprises, and Bob handled them all superbly, including getting several quotes from subcontractors to get us the best possible price. And we had some major issues with our old house that we uncovered and had to address, especially with the septic system. All of his guys, and the other contractors that he used were courteous and professional. Once we moved out of the house so work can continue inside the old house, I had absolutely no issues with his guys being there without our presence. In the end, Bob and Concorde Remodeling has my highest recommendation without reservations. He always responds by phone or text same day. Big projects take time and he goes above and beyond to keep the project on track. We ultimately added about 1800 Sq feet of finished space, two full bathrooms, new laundry room, central ac and heat in both the new build and retrofit in the old house, new septic system, massive drainage project to drain water away from the house and new basement, and of course all the finishing touches including tile, wood floors, paint, light fixtures, etc. The job came out beautiful and the work was top notch. Total time from breaking ground to completion was about 5 to 6 months, a very reasonable time frame given the amount of work required to build what is essentialy an entire house, with unpredictable weather, and town inspection delays

Bob is very good at making sure his contractorâ s meet his high standard of workmanship. We are currently working on our second project with him and the work looks great so far.

Do yourself a favor and call a different contractor. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

5 years ago I put an addition to my house, a relatively large job. I was very pleased with the work Bob's People did. So when I recently decided to remodel my kitchen I didn't hesitate to hire bob again. And once more very pleased .

Bob was great to work with, and he was always a phone call away whenever you had a question abour the work or timing. Bob ensured there were not gaps in the project by lining up each of the tradesmen for quick completion of the project.

I highly recommend Bob and Concorde Remodeling. We started our project in early March, just as things began shutting down around us- and Bob managed to keep the project on track and make continuous progress throughout the shut down. We added about 850 square feet above our garage with all handicapped modifications, including oversized doorways and handicapped bathroom. Each one of Bob's workmen did a skillful and careful job and any little adjustments that needed to be made were done so quickly and easily. Bob is easy to reach and professional and friendly. I would use his company again for any project!

Words cannot express the professionalism of Bob D. Anytime I had concerns and questions Bob would get back immediately. The tradesmen that worked with Bob were professional and friendly. They always explained what was done when I would go to the house and if there were any issues that came up unexpectedly, especially working on very old homes. Bob would be honest and fair and explain on any needed repairs or new work that were needed to be done in compliance with Town of Islip codes and regulations. As the project was adding a full extension on a summer bungalow from the 1940 s. Bob did sound beautiful work. Honestly, I would return to Concorde Remodeling Inc. In my next building project! Few months later ... I had to reach out to Bob D. Again. We had some settling cracks like with all new builds. Bob met me immediately at the house and addressed the problem. And was on it right away. It s nice to know that there are some great and honest GC/ renovating builders out there!

I worked with Bob/Concorde Remodeling during this last year doing a kitchen remodeling, replacing my septic system, and adding a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. What stands out the most when I consider these projects is Bob's respectfulness, patience, and quick response to my questions and concerns. He was always available when I called him. He said to me, on more than one occasion, "Are you happy with the job so far?" and "Don't worry, it will be done the way YOU want it done!" I realize I was not Bob's only client at the time, but he usually made me feel that way. The workers who came to my house to actually create the projects were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very comfortable having them come in and out while they were working. Several times, my projects were delayed because we were waiting for the town permits and inspections. I will tell you that this is extremely frustrating! Bob remained encouraging and even went down to my town hall in an effort to more things along more quickly. The whole idea of building and remodeling was new to me and I am very glad that I chose Concorde Remodeling. I felt confident that Bob was taking care of everything.

Hired from Home Advisor. With the basement gut and remodel, , we had ALL of our windows replaced as well. As a 63 year old home owner I've had my share of working with contractors. They should all have been as courteous, honest and professional as Bob and his crew were. They went to extra lengths to work around OUR schedule and Bob was on top of things either by physically being there (numerous times) or by phone. He answered all our questions and constantly tweaked things till they were to our liking. Were so impressed with his service and work that we are hiring him again to do 2 of our baths in the Spring. Check him out, you won't be disappointed.

I hired this company from Home Advisor. It was a real pleasure having them do work at our home. Bob was respectable and courteous. He and his workers were always on time and courteous. They care about their workmanship and do a great job. We were very happy, and would highly recommend Concorde Remodeling.

We received three quotes for the job and Bob's was in the middle. He refinished our basement---a total "gut job," basically. The workmen were courteous, professional, competent. We would recommend Bob to friends and family. The one suggestion we would make is better coordination of the work schedules between the carpentry/plumbing and painters. Shortcomings in this regard delayed our project completion by at least two weeks.

After meeting more than 6 contractors referred by friends and family, I couldn't find someone that I felt comfortable with. I found Bob through this app, and wasn't sure that was the best option. He met with me more than 3 times, showed me his work and was clear and concise with his contract. I signed and moved forward and couldn't be more pleased. The workmanship was excellent and every time we hit a surprise as walls were opened or something on the plans required adjustment, we discussed the matter and alternatives and made a reasonable decision. While some caused additional charges, each and every one was reasonable and fair. No project is without its issues and mine was no exception. Bob answered every call and responded promptly to every concern. Not only would I recommend him, we're about to start related project #2 (building a free standing garage) and Bob will build it. No need for any other estimates or referrals.

New construction is as confusing as a Hospital Admission. Another language is spoken, and YOU truly have no clue, (even if you think you do)....Do not be timid! Go ahead and ask!! Bob and his crew are as about as up front and honest as a crew can get, so do not worry if your question is 'weird'. If you are not sure, ask! This crew will not make you feel 'stupid'. This crew will make you feel happy. This is a Company that truly values its reputation for excellence not only in construction, but customer satisfaction as well. My project was ill timed, over the Xmas/New Year holiday. I am an easy going homeowner, so I understood the 'holiday' delays, and really had no problem with them, but Bob was on the phone often, letting me know when and who would be where!...(bless his heart). (I waited 30 years for this project...so what is a week or two?) I did a great design job, and Bob/Crew did a great installation! Thanks to all.

I hired Bob to build a family room addition to my house, including foundation, brick fireplace, vaulted ceiling and large picture window. In short he did an impeccable job. The subcontractors he engaged were all very professional, skilled and possessed of a diligent attention to detail. Bob orchestrated a complicated scheduling of different crews with a deft hand. The job progressed smoothly with no unpleasant surprises (either structurally, aesthetically or financially ) and was completed ahead of the projected timetable. I am extremely pleased with the final product as it exceeds my initial concept in many ways. That thanks to the creative ideas offered by Bob's people. I would unhesitatingly recommend Concorde to anyone contemplating a home remodeling.

Bob is very responsive and reliable. He doesn't walk away from a job until you are satisfied. I had to get financing to remodel our house and Bob was cooperative throughout the entire process.
