All of the other vendors on the list you sent were from Staten Island. This vendor is from long island. he is probably being confused with Bella Home Improvement of Staten Island. Probably a different company. Bella of Staten Island is not a good vendor and i would not recommend him.

I called Pat for an estimate right after Labor Day weekend. He returned my call promptly and within two days he was there to measure and give me an estimate. The price was excellent considering the size of the job and the materials used. I was very impressed with the manners, craftsmanship, and attention to detail exhibited by Pat and his crew as well as the clean work site when they left at the end of the day. I am currently working with Pat on a plan to finish my 3000 sq ft basement and look forward to doing work with him again.
Description of Work: Pat and his crew striped our Summer Hampton's house of the vinyl siding and installed cedar shakes to the entire exterior of our house. He also installed new pre-finished oak floors in the upstairs as well as an oak handrail and balusters around the upstairs loft.
