Description of Work: An appointment was made for owner to check out job and give estimate. Appointment was nearly a week after initial call. No one came on the appointed day and no call. I have left several messages but have not gotten any response. Used this firm once before and liked their work but I'm giving up and going with someone else.

Description of Work: Fabricated a canvas cover for a firepit to use year round. Very well fabricated. Some delays in production related to other projects. He promptly fixed small fit issues when realized. I plan to use him for another cover this summer.

Description of Work: Jon is great! Not only was his work top notch his prices were very fair. His office manager had a nervous breakdown and left him unexpectedly. That's the only reason he didn't get all excellent marks from me. I'm sure that once he gets someone new in the office that his responsiveness would improve. I would definitely use him again.

I was very pleased with Anchor Canvas. I've used them before and I just recently used them again and they're good. They are efficient, great and very reasonable. He came, he measured, came back with it and it fit perfectly. He's a very friendly man. I've used for a couple of times for shrink wrapping my picnic table here and the back. I don't have anything bad to say about him, he's just good. I have no problem with them at all. he didn't have to come back and I didn't have to complain. he did what I wanted and that was it. You really don't get over charged and you get what you want with no fuss. He's a capable person person, he knows what he's doing and he's been doing it a while. I've been living here forever and been driving by his place not realizing that he did this type of work. I would highly recommend him. You can't get more reasonable.

+ -1 moreAnchor arrived on time and installed the frame, on the hottest day of the year so far. It was sweltering! They were completely professional and the frame is made of galvanized steel tubing, and they installed it in a few hours. About a week later they returned to install the Awning. The Awning is perfect and the experience could not have been better! I am extremely happy with Anchor Canvas, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have an awning installed. Jon was courteous and professional and was punctual. My wife and I and very happy.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with the entire experience. I used Anchor because I was pleased with their price and service when I ordered a patio awning from them 6 years prior. Jon and his co-worker took all the time necessary to ensure a quality job. At no time did I feel rushed. Jon also provided me with several replacement parts to my patio frame at no cost, even though he did not install it.
Description of Work: Came promptly to my house to measure for a replacement window awning. Examined existing frame and found it suitable. Based on price estimate I also requested replacement of 2 smaller window awnings and a re-sewing of existing patio awning. Requested quick turnaround for holiday which was delivered. At my house, the awnings were very carefully installed and repairs were made to existing hardware. A level was used to ensure that the awnings were hung correctly.
