Craig Conway came to my home and set traps for the animal. The animal BYPASSED the traps and found a new entrance in and out. Craig came asap and blocked the new hole, set new traps and came back every day to check and adjust the traps until it was caught. After catching the animal, it reset the traps for 2 more days to insure that there was only one animal, then he came back and removed the traps, went into my attic to assess any inside damage and sealed the hole temporarily until I can get a roofer to repair the soffit. He truly went above and beyond. Excellent work and service

Craig Conway determined that we did not have raccoons or squirrels, but field mice in the attic. He doesn't handle these kind of pests. He was kind enough to set up several traps and suggested we use a regular pest control company to get rid of the field mice. He charged us for his inspection ($150) which would have been applied to his service if he needed to do any work.

Craig arrived promptly, assessed the situation, explained the behavior of the squirrel and laid out his strategy. Everything, even down to the timing, was on the nose. I graded the price a B only because it was a bit of a shock, but it was worth it - Craig had to come out on multiple occasions to inspect and track.

craig was amazing in quickly trapping the raccoons that got into my house. We found the point of entry it out they broke in from my soffit and then OMG opened a utility room door with their little hands! This was an a/c closet inside my bedroom closet...so scary I now have locks on that door. They came downstairs..i have inside video cameras..talk about freaky seeing raccoons running through your house Craig is a sweet guy and a pro and came everyday for a week...we caught raccoons the first two days i side and outside but he came until he was sure nine were left in my house. He let me follow him as he checked the traps and back up into my room...which really helped me regain my feeling of safety.. He was so busy the day I called but still got to my house in less than an hour..I could not believe he did that..i was really freaked out...I was immediately relieved that he got here so quickly as one raccoon was still at large...the cops got one out the night before...the second one was on my videos...believe me it sounds funny but LOL OMG!!!! i cannot thank Craig enough..he also got me a great tree guy to cut back all my limbs so raccoons cannot get back up there..and also..a. Roof repair company...all reasonably priced...better than my guys.. craig is really the only guy I would trust...he went above and beyond..and thanks to him..i went up there by myself..before anyone else...and even stayed up there and cleaned and fixed the locks...i do not think anyone else could have helped me through...I wanted to feel safe...and not always wait for someone else to be home when I went up there...and I do.. i cannot thank Craig enough..until it happens to you..you never realize how weird it feels. Ps i finally stopped having the nightmares of a raccoon mime show where only the little hands show up....doing jazz hands LOL!!!

Graig is professional and has a long experience with wildlife control problems. He correctly assess our problem with rodents inside one of our wall (he founds dropping in the basement behind furnitures) and setup a few traps.

Craig was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and explained it in detail all along the way. He checked all areas to ensure I was safe and was a true professional through the whole ordeal. Even though he had to come back 3 times he never even hinted to raise the price. I would recommend him highly to anyone who has a wildlife situation in their home!

I called Craig when we had some carpenter ants appear. We have never had a bug in our house in 30 years and I trust Craig for all "critter" things! He referred me to a contact of his that could take care of it for us and quickly responded to help us. We managed to take care of it ourselves but having Craig's contact was peace of mind. 10/6/13- This review is long overdue...I called Advanced after a horrible experience with another company in 2012 and wasn't sure if I was free of racoons.Craig came and inspected and calmed me down that there weren't any others or babies left behind.. He also told me how he would do a removal or capture if he saw any sign of them. He said there was no need for more traps. I needed 2 large custom chimney caps and Craig said he could get them for me. He measured and got me the quote in no time and ordered them. Trusting Craig, I didn't shop around. I was confident it was fair. Peace of mind is most important to me! I wasn't able to install them right away and Craig said just make sure to get them on before the spring when they look for a nesting place. I saw a racoon in my yard and called Craig and had him come install them. They were perfect and installed beautifully! Peace of mind again and the best money I ever spent! I recently heard something in / on our roof or in the gutters and I have Craig's number ready if I need him! I'm telling you, he is the best and you will be very pleased with his level of service!! Craig Conway from Advanced Nuisance Wildlife Control Services Inc was professional, a pleasure to deal with, didn't rush us, sat and talked to us, and patched up things on my house that needed to be patched up. He did great work and the price was comparable to competitors. He's my wildlife therapist for peace of mind.

Our service began with an unknown critter that took residence in our soffit. Two "havahart" traps were baited and set. It took multiple trips out with a few sprung and empty events as well as captured cats, skunks, opossums, and finally the raccoon. We released the creatures that could not possibly be crawling 2 stories up to our soffit back into our backyard and continued until we caught a raccoon. The raccoon was removed from the property, the hole was covered, but not sealed to be sure no one else was up there or going into the hole. After two weeks of the hole being undisturbed and no more tracks seen up the side of the house, the soffit was inspected, found to be empty, and well sealed so no one else could decide to move in again. We even got a Christmas card later!

I think the work they did was satisfactory. I never had any problems. They always get their short stick, and they were professional.

Let me say that if Craig could be our "repair guy" for everything, we would love it! We had a terrible raccoon experience, although not nearly as bad as most people that go through this experience, and Craig took care of it the "right way". He is extremely professional. I will miss him, but hope never to go through this again!

Overall everything was done as explained and the racoon is gone.

Advanced Nuisance Wildlife Control Services Inc. is very good at what they do. They are licensed and have a good reputation. I think they are great folks. They even put spikes up and fixed our siding from the squirrel damage. This goes above and beyond what is expected.
