Contracter destoyed my premises during his boiler delivery and installation: he gouched several parts of my oak flooring (interior floors) and broke and/or chipped my new brick walkway (exterior). Damages are approximately $ 2000 and contracter refuses to provide his insurer information so that i can reapir my premises. Contracter's workers tried to conceal their damage by filling in holes in bricks that they caused. Contracter also demanded cash payment at the end of the installation even though cash payment was NOT agreed upon. Contracter was verbally abusive on the phone, including cursing and other abuse.
Description of Work: delivery and installation of a heating system: new boiler and oil burner. removal of existing boiler and oil heating system
